Methods The clinical data of twenty-four cases of posterior pelvic fractures treated by percutaneous sacroiliac screw placement in Yantai shan Hospital from August 2016 to May 2018 were studied retrospectively. There were 17 males and 7 females with a mean age of 44.1 years (ranged from 17 to 71 years). According to AO classification, 17 cases were type B fractures (9 cases of type B1 and 8 type B2), and 7 cases were type C factures (3 cases of type C1, 2 type C2 and 2 type C3). All cases were treated by robot-assisted percutaneous sacroiliac screw placement (AO cannulated screws with a diameter of 7.3 mm). In the posterior pelvic surgeries for the 24 cases, 26 S(1) sacroiliac screws fixations and 18 S(2) sacroiliac screw fixations were placed in total, with single S(1) segmental fixation in 8 cases, single S(2) segmental fixation in 3 cases, S(1) and S(2) combined fixati but did not break through the nerve canals. The mean VAS of pain was improved from 7.1 points (4-10 points) before the operation to 1.9 points (0-3 points) after. Conclusions The robot-assisted sacroiliac screw placement shows high precision, and hence is worthy of clinical promotion; however the primary role of the surgeon could not be replaced.Objective To explore the characteristics of psychiatric symptoms and caregivers' distress in anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) encephalitis. Methods Seventy-two patients with anti-NMDAR encephalitis were investigated in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from 2011 to 2018. The Chinese version of the Neuropsychiatric Inventory-Questionnaire (NPI-Q) was used to assess the severity of neuropsychiatric symptoms and caregivers' distress around the treatment. Results A highly positive correlation existed between severity scores of neuropsychiatric symptoms and caregiver distress, and pre- and post-treatment correlation coefficients was 0.872 and 0.947, respectively (all P0.05). Conclusion Patients with anti NMDAR encephalitis often present severe neuropsychiatric symptoms, which aggravate the burden on caregivers. It is important to exclude epilepsy, for which blood tests, EEG and imaging tests can facilitate differential diagnosis. Since most PNE have a benign progress, symptoms often improve with age and without special treatment. Therefore, it is important to reassure the caregivers after making an accurate diagnosis.

The study was conducted using the Demographic and Health Survey 2015-16 (also known as the National Family Health Survey-4), which surveyed 811,808 individuals using a stratified, multistage, cluster sampling design. This cross-sectional survey recorded socio-demographic and anthropometric data, including blood glucose levels, of adults aged 18 years to 54 years.

The final analysis included 718,597 individuals, of whom 49.90% (weighted) were males. The overall prevalence of diabetes was 6.65% and that of prediabetes was 5.57%. A positive association was seen with urban residence, geographic region, sex, age, body mass index, socioeconomic status, and hypertension. Approximately two-thirds of individuals with diabetes lived in urban areas, and about half of the urban population was considered overweight/obese. South India showed a higher prevalence of diabetes (prevalence ratio, 2.01; p<0.001) than northern India.

The evidence of adherence to cancer prevention guidelines and endometrial cancer (EC) risk has been limited and controversial. This study summarizes and quantifies the relationship between adherence to cancer prevention guidelines and EC risk.

The online databases PubMed, Web of Science, and EMBASE were searched for relevant publications up to June 2, 2020. This study had been registered at PROSPERO. The registration number is CRD42020149966. Study quality evaluation was performed based on the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. The I2 statistic was used to estimate heterogeneity among studies. Egger's and Begg's tests assessed potential publication bias. Summary hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for the relationship between adherence to cancer prevention guidelines score was assigned to participants by summarizing individual scores for each lifestyle-related factor. The scores ranged from least healthy (0) to most healthy (20) and the EC risk was calculated using a randomeffects model.

Five prospective studies (four cohort studies and one case‑cohort study) consisted of 4,470 EC cases, where 597,047 participants were included.
