Leonisa is a true homegrown employee of Bell Canada. Hailing from Masbate, she moved to Quezon City and joined the company in 2008 to pursue her career. She started as an agent for the account and has been with the company since.
Having excelled and developed expertise in the agent field, she applied for the training apprentice position and was taken in by the training team in May 2014 to undergo a training certification program. She delivered exceptional scores during certification and was elevated to the Senior Training Associate position in just 3 months.
She was able to deliver 100.00% training throughput with the 15 classes for the upskilling course, Trio Elite. Since she has reached the peak in upskilling, she was moved to the new hire training field to broaden her horizons.
Her exceptional skills blossomed in new hire training and she was able to produce 109.09% PTG for the primary KPI, First Call Resolution. She was also recognized as one of the best employees for Q1 2016 when she was awarded as such during the Breakfast with the Stars event in April 2016.
On April 1, 2016, she was promoted to a Lead Trainer post. She has dedicated so much to the account and her team that she deserves the promotion that was given to her.
She has consistenly received exemplary scores for her annual reviews- PBC 2+ for 2014 and APR 5 for 2015.

Mye.
Being a mother, Mylen is not one to be intimidated by challenges. She started with Bell Canada as a Duo agent and was able to show that she can excel at all aspects of the job in spite of her soft, motherly character. She has shown exemplary character and dedication to pursue excellence within the scope of her work and more. She is never content with just making sure that she delivers what is expected of her and strives to do more.

Having spent a year as an agent and being spotted as one of the top agents for the account, Mylen unknowingly was preparing herself for greatness. She was taken in as an apprentice trainer and smoothly coursed her way to certification. She has shown great intuition regarding the motivation of her employees and has produced 95.16% training throughput for all her classes combined. She makes sure that her employees are happy, content and well taken care of.

She is definitely one to beat. Bell Canada recognized her as one of the Best Trainers for 2015. Along with that, was awarded as one of the best employees for Q1 2016 at the Breakfast with the Stars event in April 2016.

Ergin.
Ergin is someone who is not known to give up easily. She started as one of the pioneer agents for the Duo LOB when it started in 2013 and has proven that she has what it takes to rise up to power. Having continuously provided exemplary scores as an agent, she made the bold decision to apply for the training apprenticeship program in 2013. Unfortunately, she was not chosen to be one of the agents taken in by the training team.

Though some may be discouraged about the outcome, Ergin was motivated even more to achieve her goal. She spent the next few months practicing and improving her opportunities that were brought to her attention by the training team. When another run for the training apprenticeship selection came, she was more than ready to show how tenacious she is with becoming a trainer. She bagged the apprenticeship post and was able to complete the certification process in the alloted 3 months. She was promoted to a Band 4 Senior Associate Trainer post on July 2015.

She has proven herself to be a force to be reckoned with- producing an amazing overall training throughput of 98.75% for all of her classes combined. Her efforts were not left unnoticed and she was awarded as one of the best employees for Q1 2016 during the Breakfast for the Stars event in April 2016.
