Alice adalah keturunan Dauntless - Amity. Ayahnya Dauntless, sedangkan ibunya Amity. Maka dari itu, ia memiliki sifat periang seperti Amity namun memiliki sifat suka tantangan seperti Dauntless. Ia pernah menantang dirinya sendiri untuk pergi berkelana. Ia pun memutuskan untuk mencoba mengunjungi Wonderland. Suatu tempat tang ia tau memiliki banyak kesenangan. Sesampainya di sana, ia bertemu seekor tokek yang lucu. Ia sangat menyukai tokek tersebut. Sejak saat itu, hewan kesukaannya adalah tokek. Jangan heran jika menemui tokek-tokek lucu saat berada di sekitarnya. Bahkan itu terus berlangsung saat ia sudah balik ke Divergent dan memutuskan untuk mengajar. Faksi yang ia pilih untuk mengajar adalah Amity. Tidak lupa ia membawa serta tokek-tokeknya saat menjadi pengajar di DFA.
