Eduardo Hugorian McCandor, akrab disapa dengan hugo. Pria kelahiran 1 januari ini tumbuh dan besar di candor. Hal ini membuatnya sangat menghargai segala bentuk kejujuran, menurutnya kejujuran adalah hal yang terpenting di kehidupan. Saat dewasa, ia diangkat menjadi master candor. Begitu pantas ia mendapatkannya, karena sifat sifat candor yang begitu kuat didalam dirinya. Terlihat jutek, dingin, tapi sebenarnya ia orang yang mempunyai humor yang cukup bagus. Ia juga tidak suka berbasa basi, jadi jangan salah paham jika dia langsung berbicara apa adanya. Hal yang ia suka adalah gadis gadis yang sexy, rokok, berkumpul bersama teman-teman, dan minuman alkohol. Hal yang ia benci adalah ketidakjujuran, ketidaksetiaan dan Matematika. Menurut sumber yang ada, kabarnya Ia dan Alice adalah kakak-beradik. Disinyalir, mereka adalah kakak-beradik yang selalu diceritakan dalam dongeng-dongeng. Mereka terpisahkan dikarenakan sesuatu hal.
