Peljaran kali ini membahas tentang animate to animate transfiguration. Animate adalah sebutan untuk benda bernyawa atau hidup. Sedangkan Inanimate adalah sebutan untuk benda mati.Animate to Animate Transfiguration berarti mengubah benda bernyawa menjadi benda bernyawa lainnya, dimana praktiknya lebih sulit dibandingkan dengan Inanimate to Animate Transfoguration. hal ini disebabkan karena dalam mengubah makhluk hidup berarti tidak hanya mengubah tampilan saja, melainkan juga sel-sel genetiknya dan merubah hal-hal yang mempengaruhi keberadaan makhluk hidup tersebut.
Ada 2 contoh mantra atau spell untuk Animate to Animate Transfiguration, yaitu Ducklifors dan Melofors.
1.Ducklifors adalah mantra transfigurasi yang mengubah lawan atau target menjadi seekor bebek
2.Sedangkan Melofors adalah mantra yang mengubah kepala lawan atau target menjadi buah labu.
Dalam praktek Animate to Animate Transfiguration, juga dikenal istilah Transfigurasi Kombinasi, yaitu persilangan antara 2 makhluk hidup.Persilangan antara 2 makhluk hidup tersebut dilakukan dengan 1 mantra sehingga mendapatkan 1 makhluk hidup jenis baru. namun harus dalam pengawasan kementrian sihir.
