Auror adalah anggota elit yang sangat terlatih. Namun sekarang, Kepala Auror Office Inggris pada tahun 2007 adalah Harry Potter.
Menurut saya, Yemmi Nathanie Edwardz, 2ndAU Slytherin, Auror merupakan suatu kelompok yang dilatih untuk mencari dan menahan para penyihir yang menggunakan ilmu hitam atau yang biasa disebut dengan penyihir gelap.
