הבניין, שנבנה בשנות ה-60 ושירת עד לאחרונה את חברת "לעומק התודעה", יושב על שטח של 500 מ"ר וגודלו 1,200 מ"ר הפרושים על ארבע קומות מעל קומת מרתף, המשמשת למחסנים וחניון תת קרקעי. Rami Yehoshua רמי יהושע הבניין שנמכר נמצא בסמוך למשכנה החדש של חברת מובילאיי בתל אביב.
