Testosterone Routine

Monday: Squat - 5x10, Deadlift - 4x8, Clean and Press - 3x10

Wednesday: Military Press - 5x10, Front Raises - 4x12, Leg Curls - 3x10

Saturday: HIIT Cardio - 40 minutes (20 min at 85% max heart rate)

Diet Plan
During the cycle, I followed a high-calorie diet to support muscle growth. My macronutrient breakdown was roughly 40% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fats. Sample meals included:
