In recent years, surgeons have explored minimally invasive methods of percutaneous pedicle screw implantation which can effectively reduce human injuries. This article presents an accurate and efficient positioning method and robot system for percutaneous needle placement under c-arm fluoroscopy.

A simple five degree of freedom (DOF) robot with a unique end-effector is designed to perform perspective calibration and image space registration. The principle of pedicle standard axis positioning is adopted to make the axis of the pedicle overlap with the x-ray axis of c-arm.

Then the clinical operation is carried out to verify the clinical feasibility of the designed robot and positioning method. The experimental results show that a total of 26 pedicle screws were accurately implanted. The accuracy of Grade A is 96.15%. The positioning time of a single guide pin is about 154.77s, and three x-ray films need to be taken on average.

To describe and study the association between registered nurses' self-rated research utilization and their perception of their work climate.

Research utilization is an important part of evidence-based nursing, and registered nurses value a work climate that supports the possibility to work evidence-based.

This cross-sectional study was conducted using the Creative Climate Questionnaire together with three questions measuring instrumental, conceptual and persuasive research utilization. The analysis was done using variable- and pattern-oriented approaches.

An association was found between research utilization and experience of dynamism/liveliness. Women reported higher use of conceptual research utilization. Regarding work climate, younger registered nurses and registered nurses with less work experience gave higher scores for playfulness/humour and conflicts. The results showed an association between having a Bachelor's or Master's degree and higher instrumental research utilization.

Research utilizeir opinions and initiate discussions. There is a need to support clinical registered nurses to maintain their research utilization throughout their working career. The health care sector and the individual workplace should support registered nurses in furthering their academic level.
This study aimed to evaluate the difference of two various robotic technology applied in R- Total mesorectal excision (TME).

From May 2017 to December 2018, consecutive patients with rectal cancer who underwent da Vinci R-TME or Micro Hand S R-TME were enrolled. The comparative study was conducted on Short-term Operative, Oncological, and Functional Outcomes between two type of R-TME.

47 patients underwent da Vinci R-TME, and 43 patients underwent Micro Hand S R-TME. No difference occured between two groups in TME completeness, CRM, DRM, CRM involvement and DRM involvement, operative time, blood loss, protective ileostomy, conversion rate, number of retrieved lymph nodes, Comprehensive Complication Index (CCI), International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) or Wexner scores. However, the setup time in the Micro Hand S group was longer.
