7%). Among adults, barriers to HPV vaccine series completion included the inconvenience of returning for additional doses (31.0%), not being aware or informed of the need for additional doses (10.3%), and forgetting (10.3%).

Our findings suggest that clinicians and healthcare systems can play a greater role in promoting awareness of the multiple-dose requirement, addressing vaccine concerns, and increasing opportunistic vaccination in a variety of settings. Increasing these efforts may facilitate HPV vaccine completion and increase its effectiveness in cancer prevention.

This study aimed to identify factors influencing out-of-pocket payment for the near-poor for outpatient healthcare services as well as across health facilities at different levels. The data of 1143 individuals using outpatient care were used for analysis. Healthcare payments were analyzed for those who sought outpatient care in the past 6 months. The Heckman selection model was used to control any bias resulting from self-selection of the insurance scheme. The finding revealed that health insurance reduces average out-of-pocket payments by about 21% (P  less then  .001). Using private health facilities incurred more out-of-pocket payments than public health facilities (P  less then  .001). The study suggested that health insurance for the near-poor should be modified to promote universal health coverage in Vietnam.
Despite efforts to decrease the burden, vaccine reluctance is increasing worldwide and hindering efforts to control the spread of COVID-19. This study was aimed to assess the willingness of the Ethiopian population to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and its determinant factors.

E-survey was conducted from February 2021 to March 2021. After developing the questionnaire, the template was created on Google Forms and disseminated in public on different social media channels (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, email, etc.) by using a shareable link. Descriptive statistics were performed. Finally, multivariable logistic regression analysis was done to assess their relationship with socio-demographic factors.

In total, 31.4% (n = 372) of respondents were willing to get a vaccine. One-third of respondents, 32.2% (n = 381), reported that COresidence, occupations, not having a health-related job, religion, educational status were statistically significantly associated with willingness to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

Endoscopic papillectomy (EP) has been accepted as a viable alternative therapy to surgery in benign duodenal papillary lesions. However, postoperative complications limit its widespread clinical application. This study aimed to evaluate the overall safety of the EP procedure and identify significant risk factors of post-EP complications.

We retrospectively collected 76 patients who had undergone EP in Chinese PLA General Hospital from 2016 to 2019 and graded their postoperative complications. We assessed twelve patient-, disease- or procedure-related variables to identify risk factors related to the occurrence of post-EP complications using both univariate and multivariate analyses.

Among the 76 patients included in this study, the incidence of entire post-EP complications was 36.8%, most of which were in a mild form. In both univariate and multivariate analyses, the pathologic tumor types, especially high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HIN), and the placement of stents were significantly associated wtreatment with a low rate and generally mild postoperative complications. Two factors are significantly associated with the occurrence of complications. The selection of eligible patients and suitable procedures is important to reduce the complication rate and severity. The aim of this document is to provide a set of indications on the national best practice management of knee osteoarthritis based on an analysis of the existing literature and the contribution of experts in the field. During the first phase of the project, in agreement with the multidisciplinary panel of experts, the main guidelines on the topic were selected. Each guideline was assessed through the AGREEII system to identify their strong/weak points and a summary of the recommendations contained in the various documents was drawn up. The panel drew up a list of therapeutic options to be included in the document and some of these topics were selected for in-depth analysis and review. The search strategy for the required literature reviews was constructed using the PICOS approach. The results obtained from the literature reviews, the in-depth analyses conducted by the members of the scientific societies involved and the analysis of the existing guidelines enabled an initial draft of the consensus document to be elaborated. This document was examined at the consensus conference held on 28 May 2019, in the presence of a multidisciplinary group consisting of members of the various scientific societies involved. Single recommendations were discussed in work groups with a view to combining the indications given by the literature examined with the experience of the specialists involved. The recommendations discussed were then put to the vote in a plenary assembly. The final document contains 26 practice recommendations which leading specialists involved in the management of knee OA in Italy agree upon.
