Tidak dilihat berdasarkan faktor umur, melainkan dilihat dari bagaimana ia menghadapi kami. Ia sesekali terlihat santai, dapat diajak bercanda, namun di beberapa situasi ia juga dapat menunjukkan sifat tegasnya. Sosok pendengar yang baik, pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab, serta dapat memberikan solusi. Sederhana, yaitu tidak menyukai sesuatu hal yang dirasanya ribet. Ramah dan baik. Serta terbuka dengan murid – murid, dan easy going.
