Diproduksi oleh Leonard Jewkes sesaat setelah perkembangan Moontrimmer, sapu ini mencapai kecepatan lebih tinggi daripada baik Moontrimmer atau Oakshaft 79; kecepatan maksimum sebesar 70 mil per jam dengan penarik yang sangat baik untuk masa itu.
