Welcome & Introduction of meeting by GM Jay Pandey Sir;
Discussion started by GM Jay Pandey Sir regarding the whole month that how few people deteriorated the the whole team figure for their individual benefits; it was discussed that if anyone has any issue within the team they should speak up and clear the matter face to face rather keeping things in themselves & show their grievance like this. We are a team and we achieve good positions because we believe in team spirit & if these kind of things will happen it will definitely effect our branch only. So everyone should be transparent in their working & if anyone is facing any problem they should discuss it with the seniors;
The month that was by Captain - This point was not discussed as Anurag Sir was not present as he was not well;

Individual Presentation :
SANTOSH KR.SINGH :
In closed on Rs.82,450 (NOP - 3) and apart from this, he was dependent on only 4 policies for this month closing who re-schedule and this was the main cause for his non-performance.
He is working without any proper planning for Rs.3 Lacs achievement, last month he only said that I had plan for Rs.2 Lacs;
He has some issues related to his pending incentives, so everything explained to him why it was pending & now when the balance of those months are clear the incentive of the same has been sent to Delhi Accounts.
After the discussion he has made commitment that any how he'll achieve 10 NOP & Rs.2.5 Lacs Service Charge.
His this month planning has also been done :
5 Days working required in Dhanbad;
2 Days working required in Chatra;
3 Days working required in Hazaribagh.
OM PRAKASH :
He is not working properly, infact he does have some good calls as when Jay Sir or any seniors visits atleast 1 or 2 policies are fetched from those data. The main thing is that senior working is required with him on regular intervals as he is not able to mature the calls in his area;
After discussion it has been decided that Santosh Sir will go to Jamshedpur as senior for working with him;
He'll also have to move in near by areas of Jamshedpur, the plan is :
Behraghoda - 2 Days working;
Ghatshila - 2 Days working;
Chaibasa - 1 Day working;
Charadharpur - 1 Day working;
The plan is : On 7th Sept. Santosh Sir will do joint calls with him in Jamshedpur;
He has made commitment of Rs.1 Lacs for this month;
RAKESH DUBEY :
The working which he has done till now, senior working is very much required with now - Jay Sir has said that he'll go with for working in this month;
Apart from that his area is not very much vast & not very much qualified doctors are practicing in that area, so Jay Sir has also asked him to move in near by blocks;
He has made commitment of Rs.1 Lac for this month;
KHUSH S KESARI :
He has done pretty good as his service charge is of Rs.1 Lac alongwith 35 renewals of Patna, Gaya, Sasaram & Aurangabad;
But it was discussed that we need atleast Rs.2 Lacs service from him for ASO Mission and he'll have to achieve it any how;
He is having plan for the same as he having some hot calls in Gaya & Sasaram;
RANA PRATAP : WAS NOT PRESENT BECAUSE OF HIS EXAMS

TRAINING SESSION ON APP :
Had proper training on Company's app from the beginning that how to search play store on the android phones then how to search our app on play store, the to install the app after that how to enter the credentials of particular doctor;
After that each & every features available in our app for the members;
After that showed our website; what information are available there and how they can convey its benefits to our members;
Also given training how to renewal payment online & how in future new doctors can take membership through our website directly;
LEGAL - PATNA :
The legal files are updated as per format given by Shambhu Sir i.e category wise of Red/ Green/ Yellow files;
Advocate bills are done as per the system i.e. scanning & uploading of adv. proposals, bills & payment cheques & vouchers;
CCP - Is not been done properly as it was decided and the reason came out for not proper execution is fund problem; the basic objective of CCP (Customer Contact Program) was that someone from legal dept. will visit in areas & they will visit the litigated clients of that area, they will discuss the whole case with them that what are the proceedings till date, further what we are going to do & then they will ask for the letter of satisfaction from them if everything is all well in that matter;
Also it came from the legal dept. that they want Adv.V.P.Mishra to visit on each & every FIR Matters in Bihar as it will give our better impression & matter's exact situation will also be more clear for that also sometimes fund problem arises;
So as per discussion with GM Jay Pandey Sir, we request to Vijay Sir that kindly look into this matter & grant Rs.5000 extra cheque alongwith the imprest cheques every month for these legal activities;
LEGAL - RANCHI :
The scanning & uploading work is done as per the system as it in Patna Office & file are also updated as Red/ Green/ Yellow listing;
CCP was still not launched in Jharkhand but from this month onwards we have decided to start it in Jharkhand Branch also & Santosh Sir & Adv.Mithilesh Jha will be responsible for the same;
RENEWAL - PATNA :
This month renewal both percentage & revenue were good & Ashish Sir has promised that he'll try to maintain the same;
There is 1 renewal of Patna which is problematic and senior visit is very much required in that;
RENEWAL - RANCHI :
This month renewal both percentage & revenue were good & Shital has promised that she'll try to maintain the same; & we also expect fresh business from Ranchi Renewal Dept.;
There are 2 renewals,1 of Dhanbad (Dr.Pratibha Srivastava) & 1 of Giridih (Dr.Shailendra Kr.Chaudhary) which are problematic; Santosh Sir will visit the Dhanbad renewal but the giridih renewal is very much doubtful as he has already taken membership through Reliable & they are also looking after his case so immediate senior visit is required.
