3.b. The consumers wouldn't have anything to eat resulting in 3.a.
3.c. The consumers would live a longer life because they don't have to worry about bacteria killing them and they would kill more first and secondary consumers

3. lunch scraps are not the organisms normal food, meaning that consumer no.3 may not be able to eat consumer no.2 because its dead, putting a hole through the food chain. This dead matter is then eaten by the decomposer.
