- Mengatasi emosi negatif: Amarah-
Saat kita marah, tekanan darah dan detak jantung akan meningkat, darah akan terpompa ke daerah korteks utama di otak. Pompaan darah ini akan mengganggu otak untuk berpikir rasional. Belum lagi bagian otak yang merespon amarah adalah amidgala, yang khusus mengatur emosi.
**Roh jahat/demon cenderung memanfaatkan kelengahan manusia untuk dirasuki.
Cara mengatasi emosi negatif; Amarah.
1) 1.Tenangkan diri
Ingat, darah yang mengalir ke korteks utama otak mengganggu pemikiran rasional. Detak jantung yang makin cepat juga membuat rasa deg-degan yang makin bikin susah berpikir dengan kepala dingin. Sebaiknya, kalau mulai merasa marah, redakan dulu amarahnya.
Caranya? Mulai dari menyingkir ke tempat lain, hitung sampai sepuluh, tarik napas-tahan-hembuskan, dsb.
2) Pikirkan masalahnya.
Apa yang membuat kamu marah?
Kenapa itu bisa sampai kejadian?
Sudah? Pikirkan solusi untuk menyelesaikan semuanya berdasarkan semua jawaban tadi. Kuncinya satu: objektif.
3) Take it easy
Apapun yang terjadi,bawa santai saja.Pikirkan dengan tenang. Hati boleh panas,tapi kepala harus tetap dingin.
Sebagi seorang Exorcist, satu hal yang harus kita kuasai adalah bersikap ekstra dewasa kalau ada hal yang menyulut amarah.
