Buncis ini ditumis ala bumbu yang berasal dari China.
Bahan-bahan:
- 250 gram baby buncis (buang pangkal dan serat tepinya)
- 250 gram daging ayam cincang
- 2 sdm minyak
- 1 sdm saos tiram
- 2 sdm saos tomat
- 1 sdt kecap asin
- 2 sdm kecap manis
- 1 sdm gula pasir
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
- 200 ml Air
- dan 1/2 sdm tepung maizena larutkan dengan 2 sdm air.
(* sdm: sendok makan, sdt: sendok teh)
Cara memasak:
1. potong buncis sesuai selera. Buangi ujung-ujungnya ya nak supaya bersih. Lalu, cuci hingga bersih.
2. panaskan wajan dan taruh minyak di atasnya. Setelah minyaknya panas, tumis buncisnya hingga layu.
3. angkat buncisnya kedalam piring (jika sudah layu), lalu tumis kembali bawang bombay, bawang putih dan cabai.
4. masukkan daging ayam yang sudah dicincang.
5. masukan saos tiram, saos tomat, kecap asin, kecap manis, merica dan gula pasir. Aduk dulu hingga rata.
6. Tambahkan air sedikit, garam dan tepung Maizena. Tunggu sampai mengental.
7. tuangkan saus itu keatas tumisan buncis yang tadi kalian tumis.
