Paso 1
*Entrar a highlandparkapt.freshdesk.com y escoger entre las siguientes opciones
-Para nueva comunicacion precionar en (New support ticket)
-Para verificar comunicacion pendiente precionar (Check status)
Paso 2
Registrase o hacer "log in" para documentar y recibir notificaciones de las comunicaciones. Se puede registrar automaticamente con cuentas de google , facebook o twitter
Solamente precionelos -ponga email y password de la cuenta pertinente
Paso 3
Llenar los blancos indicando la siituacion y si tiene algun documento o foto lo puede ańadir precionando (adjuntar un archivo). Luego precionar enviar, con hacer esto el administrador le contestara dejando fecha y hora documentado ademas de asignar un personal para atender la situacion, sea admintracion o junta.
