TWO - minority students feel on their own (under-represented, never talked about gender or had to represent entire group of people, alone, can't find academic identity)
THREE - minority students feel pressure (dont want to fit stereotypes or do want to fit them, cultural appropriation, resentment or almost anger at dominant discourse for not realizing each person as an individual.)
