Major genomics regarding APSE: a new tailed phage which lysogenically changes the bacterium Hamiltonella defensa in a heritable shielding symbiont associated with aphids.
05). In contrast to group A, patients in group B had lower VAS scores at rest or active and passive motion at 4-48 h after operation (
< 0.05). The MMSE scores of group B were higher than those of group A at 1, 4, and 7 d after operation (
< 0.05). The incidence of POCD at 4 d after operation was 1.92% in group B, lower than that of 15.69% in group A (
< 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.77% in group B, lower than that of 29.41% in group A (
< 0.05). The satisfaction scores of group B were higher than those of group A (
< 0.05).

Compared with CII of fentanyl by pumping, ultrasound-guided CFNB showed superior analgesic effects following total knee arthroplasty, which should reduce the incidence of POCD and adverse reactions.

To investigate the effect of sequential therapy for kidney-tonifying via traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on improving the fecundity and quality of life (QOL) of women with decreased ovarian reserve (DOR).

A prospective and randomized controlled study was conducted, in which 80 infertile patients with DOR were selected in our hospital and randomly divided into the test group (n=40) and the control group (n=40). The control group was given sequential therapy of artificial menstrual cycle via administration of estrogen and progesterone, and the test group received sequential therapy for kidney-tonifying via TCM. Then, Kupperman indices, hormone levels, ovarian reserve functions, menopause specific quality of life questionnaire (MENQOL) scores, as well as the pregnancy rates within one year before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.

Compared with the control group, the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and resistance index (RI) of ovarian stroma for kidney-tonifying via TCM could effectively improve the clinical symptoms, hormone levels, and ovarian function, increase ovulation quality and pregnancy rate, and improve the QOL of DOR patients.
To explore the changes of anatomical biological parameters and dynamic parameters of the anterior segment (AS) before and after primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG) surgery.

The clinical data of 82 patients (82 eyes) who underwent phacoemulsification in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and divided into group A (angle closure, n = 38) and group B (normal open angle, n = 44). The anatomical biological parameters and dynamic parameters were compared between the two groups before and after surgery.

Compared with group B, group A had smaller anterior chamber depth, higher vaulting, greater iris curvature, and smaller TISA500. Compared with group B, group A had smaller ΔTISA500 and ΔI-area. Compared with group B, the TISA500 was smaller in group A preoperatively, at 1 week, and 1 month after surgery (
< 0.05). The iris curvature was larger in group A (
< 0.05). The ΔI-area was significantly reduced in group B at 1 week and 1 month after surgery. Group B exhibited smaller ΔI-curv than group A at 1 week and 1 month after surgery (
< 0.05).

Anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) can effectively monitor the dynamic changes (DC) of the AS caused by phacoemulsification in patients with primary angle closure (PAC). Phacoemulsification can open the primary of PAC patients. However, their iris area does not change significantly. The biological characteristics of the iris itself may be a risk factor leading to PAC.

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effect of family-centered nursing based on Timing It Right Framework (TIR) on self-management and quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction.

According to the rules of randomized control, 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, including the control group (n=50) received treatment of routine nursing and follow-up, and the research group (n=50) implemented with a family-centered nursing based on TIR. The changes in self-management ability, mental function, social function, psychological resilience, quality of life, and family nursing ability at discharge and 6 months after discharge were compared between the two groups, and the data of patients' adherence to medication and nursing satisfaction were collected.

The overall excellent rate of medication adherence and nursing satisfaction in the research group (96.00%, 98.00%) were significantly higher than those in the control group (80.00%, 78.00%) (
<0.05). The scores of ESCA, CD-RISC, and GQOL-74 in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group after discharge, while the scores of SDSS, FCTI and NIHSS in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group (
<0.05).

The implementation of the family-centered nursing based on TIR can promote the self-management ability and quality of life, improve psychological resilience, enhance social function and family nursing ability, and improve medication adherence and the nurse-patient relationship in patients with acute cerebral infarction.

To investigate the effect of health education via clinical nursing pathway (CNP) on self-care agency, quality of life, negative emotions and nursing satisfaction among patients with ovarian carcinoma.

The clinical data of 61 patients with ovarian carcinoma admitted to the Oncology Department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the di
