Introducere
ET-ul (offsetul) jantei este o caracteristica adesea trecuta cu vederea, desi are o influenta directa asupra modului in care se comporta masina la drum. O simpla abatere de cativa milimetri poate modifica radical pozitia rotii, afectand suspensia, caroseria si manevrabilitatea. In acest articol, vom explica ce inseamna ET-ul si de ce este atat de important.
Ce este ET-ul jantei
ET-ul reprezinta distanta dintre centrul jantei si planul de montare al acesteia pe butucul rotii. Se masoara in milimetri si poate avea valoare pozitiva, zero sau negativa:
ET pozitiv: flansa de prindere este mai apropiata de partea exterioara a jantei.
ET negativ: flansa este mai apropiata de interiorul jantei.
ET zero: flansa este exact pe centrul jantei.
Cum afecteaza ET-ul masina
Daca ET-ul este incorect:
roata poate iesi in afara aripii, riscand frecare la viraj;
sau poate intra prea mult, afectand geometria suspensiei;
directia devine imprecisa;
se uzeaza prematur articulatiile si rulmentii.
Impact asupra esteticii si functionalitatii
Un ET mic da impresia de roti mai „iesite”, ceea ce confera un aspect sportiv, dar poate fi ilegal daca roata depaseste linia caroseriei. ET-ul corect trebuie sa tina cont de designul masinii si de omologarile in vigoare.
Cum alegi jante le cu ET corect
