Kalo menurut saya keunggulan dari pencak silat ini bela diri yang unik karena ia menggunakan tenaga dalam beda dari bela diri lainnya sedangkan kelemahannya adalah karena menggunakan tenaga dalam jadi bisa termasuk bela diri yang bahaya karena jika salah sedikit maka akibatnya bisa fatal
