Good Afternoon,
My name is Kyle Halben and I’m working for the admissions office this summer. Over the school year the Admissions Ambassadors are tasked with giving tours to prospective students as well as giving these students a broad overview of the campuses here at SSU. As the Admissions Ambassador president, it’s my job to plan out the summer training for the other ambassadors this August. During this training It would be great if a representative from would be able to put on a presentation. This presentation would include: giving overview of the office, what it does for students, and a short Q&A. This is so all of our tour guides have up to date/ correct information when talking about that office on tour. Attached to this email is a Google Sheet with different time slots from August 4th and 5th. Please add your name, office, and contact information to reserve a presentation slot.
