My name is Hunter my twitter is @Frenzicks my user: Frenzicks i was ban for free wins because i didn't want to fill out an IRS W9 and so i made a second account and sent money to the other account and i got banned. i didnt know i was gonna get banned and i just didnt know how to fill out the IRS W9 form so i didnt fill it out and i didnt know i would get him banned.

WHY I SHOULD BE UNBANNED / GIVIN A SECOND CHANCE:
I request to be unbanned from your website. I love UMGs and play them every single day whenever I could until I got banned. I got banned for ( Giving myself free wins on a different account because i wanted to withdraw but i had to fill out and IRS W9 form and at the time i didnt know how to fill one out but i researched it and i understand know ).I would like the opportunity to be back on the site, because I used to play tourneys all of the time, and wage frequently. I always upheld the standards of UMG and reported instantly, win or lose. I really want to be unbanned because of these things: I would like to be a part of the community that I love and play with the friends that I have met throughout my years, and UMG has given me the opportunity to be known in the community. Now that I am banned, I have nothing to do. My whole life was COD and I played every day for a long time. Due to being banned, I have been bored and distraught. I would like the chance to redeem myself for my wrong doings and I would love to be back on the site. I give my word there will be no future problems with my user, and I will do everything in my power to help the community and be an example for everyone in it.
