The staff supported Tommy with healthcare and medical attention by monitoring him at all times while he is at the facility, keeping him under the constant watch of the staff. A blood pressure monitor is available if his blood pressure is high and his condition requires it, but he is always well and under the watchful eye of the staff.

Today Tommy came back from day support late at 8:00 PM. He took a shower, watched the news and the weather forecast, and went to bed at 9:00 PM.

The staff supported Tommy this evening by taking his medication with a glass of water and following the 6 rights. Tommy goes to medical appointments with his housekeeper or his mother. There have been no changes today. He is fine this evening.

Tommy came back late today from day support. When he arrived, Tommy took a shower first before going to bed. He also made his bed, watched the news and the weather forecast, and said he was tired and would go to sleep. The staff supported Tommy by preparing lunch for tomorrow.

Since Tommy came to the facility, he has not had a single seizure. The staff is constantly monitoring him to ensure his safety and well-being. He is fine and in good health.
