2. Seluruh bagian dari tanaman ini dipenuhi bulu halus.
3. Terdapat polong-polong gemuk yang mengelantung di bagian daun tanaman ini.
Dari sekian banyak polong-polong yang mengantung, beberapa pasti sudah ada yang bewarna merah muda dan gemuk. Polong-polong ini nanti yang bisa dipanen. Polong lain ada yang berwarna putih seutuhnya dan tidak segemuk polong merah muda, ini menandakan kalau ia belum siap di panen.
Faktanya Puffapod dapat mengusir troll, kenapa? karena troll alergi dengan tanaman jenis ini.
