Enterprise architecture is a set of processes that helps an organization to translate its vision into an effective change in the organization's scope by providing a clear understanding of its current state. The purpose of this research is to identify EA quality attributes and its evaluation indicators in the organization. This study was conducted by using mixed method, including qualitative and quantitative parts. In the qualitative section, a variety of EA evaluation indicators were identified by a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, then in the quantitative section the survey data were collected by a questionnaire prepared based on the qualitative part and then exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were performed. This research presents an EA evaluation model that has seven main quality attributes including alignment and integrity, quality of EA products and services, security, maintainability and portability, reliability, reusability and scalability, and 30 indicators that address all aspects of enterprise architecture. Through this model, organizations can evaluate the quality of implemented EA or AS-IS status of EA and take steps to improve it.
Food allergies (FAs) are on the rise worldwide. A previous cross-sectional study from 2002 in Israel estimated the prevalence of IgE-mediated FA among young children at 0.85%. Although sesame was found to be a common allergen, peanuts were found to be a rare allergen.
To determine the prevalence and distributions of IgE-mediated FAs among young children in Israel compared with previous data.
A total of 1932 young children (56% males, 44% females) with a mean age of 22.4 months (range, 18-30 months) were sequentially recruited from 15 government family health care centers in north Israel. Parents completed a questionnaire with 2 screening questions for suspected FA. Subjects with suspected FA underwent further evaluation including telephone interview, skin prick tests, and oral food challenge as needed.
After analyzing the questionnaires, 146 subjects were suspected to have FA. Seventy-nine subjects were excluded by telephone interview and 13 were excluded on the basis of negative oral food challenge. We identified 54 of 1932 (2.8%) young children with 75 IgE-mediated FAs. Thirty-nine of 54 (72.2%) had allergy to 1 food and 9 (16.6%) to 2 foods. The most common food allergens were cow's milk (1%), eggs (0.88%), sesame (0.93%), tree nuts (0.57%), peanuts (0.2%), and fish (0.2%).

Although 1% to 2% of the general population carries a cephalosporin allergy label (CAL), we lack validated testing strategies and predictors of true allergy.
To identify cross-reactivity patterns and predictors of skin test positive (STP) in geographically disparate patients with a CAL.
A total of 780 adult patients labeled with a CAL or penicillin allergy label (PAL) with unknown tolerance of cephalosporins identified from the Austin Hospital (Melbourne, Australia) (n= 410) and Vanderbilt University Medical Center (Nashville, TN) (n= 370) between 2014 and 2018 underwent a standardized skin testing.
Of 328 patients with a CAL, 29 (8.8%) tested STP to ≥1 cephalosporin(s). There were no cefazolin or ceftriaxone STP, 0 of 452 (0%), in patients with a PAL only. Of 328 patients with a CAL, 16 (4.8%) were ampicillin STP. Eleven of 16 of these patients had an initial allergy label to cephalexin. Twenty of 29 cephalosporin STP patients demonstrated tolerance to a cephalosporin with a different R1 side chain, and 8 of 14 ampicillin STP patients demonstrated tolerance to ≥1 non-amino R1 group cephalosporin. Eleven of 13 patients STP to cefazolin were skin and ingestion challenge negative to all other penicillins and cephalosporins predicted by its distinct R1/R2 groups. Seven of 15 ceftriaxone STP patients demonstrated cross-reactivity with R1-similar cephalosporins. Time since the original reaction predicted STP testing to both penicillins, adjusted odds ratio (aOR) per year 0.93 (95% confidence interval [CI] 0.90, 0.97), and cephalosporins, aOR per year 0.71 (95% CI 0.56, 0.90).

The personal protective equipment, testing kits, surgical facemasks, and nitrile gloves are the major contributors to waste volume. Discharge of a new category of BMW (COVID-waste) is of great global concern to public health and environmental sustainability if handled inappropriately. It may cause exponential spreading of this fatal disease as waste acts as a vector for SARS-CoV-2, which survives up to 7 days on COVID-waste (like facemasks). Proper disposal of COVID-waste is therefore immediately requires to lower the threat of pandemic spread and for sustainable management of the environmental hazards. Henceforth, in the present article, disinfection technologies for handling COVID-waste from its separate collection to various physical and chemical treatment steps have been reviewed. Furthermore, policy briefs on the global initiatives for COVID-waste management including the applications of different disinfection techniques have also been discussed with some potential examples effectively applied to reduce both health and environmental risks.
