She was diagnosed with a cystic tumor (diameter 16 cm) in the tail of the pancreas and underwent a combined distal pancreatectomy, splenectomy, and left adrenalectomy. Histopathologically, the tumor presented as a mucinous cystic neoplasm with an undifferentiated carcinoma component of the pancreas. In addition, the cells demonstrated a partial rhabdoid-like morphology. These findings were considered relatively typical for a mucinous cystic neoplasm in the tail of the pancreas in a young woman. However, NRAS mutation, which is rare in pancreatic tumors, was detected.We report a case of methotrexate (MTX) delaying the healing of an endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD)-induced gastric ulcer. The patient, who had been taking MTX for rheumatoid arthritis, underwent ESD for early gastric carcinoma. Despite taking vonoprazan after ESD, abdominal pain and anorexia continued, and the gastric ulcer did not heal after the ESD. After discontinuing MTX, the patient's symptoms improved and the ulcer healed. Patients taking MTX require careful follow-up after ESD, considering that ulcers can be difficult to heal. Discontinuation of MTX should be considered if delayed healing of an ulcer is observed.

Nine healthy volunteers were scanned in five sessions using three radiofrequency excitation techniques each time circular polarization (CP), static pTx, and dynamic pTx. We calculated the coefficients of variation of the FA values within the brain area to evaluate the variations, and the maximum intersession differences in the FA values (Dmax), comparing them between the three methods. The coefficients of variation decreased in the following order CP, static pTx, and dynamic pTx (median 20.1%, 13.6%, and 5.7%, respectively; p  less then  0.001). The average Dmax values were significantly higher for the static pTx (5.4°) than for the dynamic pTx (2.8°) and CP (1.7°) methods (p = 0.004 and 0.001, respectively). Compared to the CP method, the dynamic pTx method at 7T can efficiently minimize spatial variations in the FA distribution with a mild increase in temporal variations.
