so run in the morning, as soon as you get up
know what you wanna achieve each day and do it early
eg. 1 hour piano, 1 hour violin, 1 hour run from 8-11
then 11-10 you can do whatever
brush 3 times a day and mouthwash 2 times a day
brush well and long

teeth
gums
ears
digestive system
cardiovascular system
healthy food diet - fruit and veg, no junk, no fat/sugar, certain foods, drink water,
kidneys/liver- medication
injuries,muscles,bones,
run, piano, violin
be happy
