The staff supported Hayden by helping him take a shower this evening. The staff supported Hayden by making dinner. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, a bottle of soda, and a Kit Kat chocolate bar. After dinner, he went to his room. His room was clean and tidy. The staff supported Hayden by making lunch for tomorrow. At 7:00 p.m., Hayden went to bed.
The staff supported Brandy prepare dinner: boiled chicken strips with rice, a glass of orange juice, and a bottle of water. After dinner, Brandy went to his room. The staff supported Brandy prepare lunch for tomorrow.
Today Brandy was arranging his clothes this evening and he was listening to songs while arranging his clothes and he was enjoying his time and after he finished arranging his clothes he lay down on his bed and kept listening to songs until he went to sleep at 9:00 pm.
The staff supported Tommy by preparing dinner, boiled chicken slices with rice, a cup of orange juice and a bottle of water. After dinner, he went to his room where he was watching TV. He was following one of the TV channels that was broadcasting the news and was enjoying his time. At 8:35, Tommy slipped in his bathroom and got a small cut on his face, but it bled. He ran to the staff asking for help. The staff calmed him down. The staff also stopped the bleeding and stopped the blood from flowing, cleaned the wound and put antibiotic ointment on it so that the wound would not get infected. He put a bandage and medical tape on it. Now he is fine and went to sleep at 9:30 pm.
Today Matthew was playing the racing game as usual and he was enjoying the game. At 3:15 pm, he came to the kitchen and prepared chicken nuggets with ketchup and took it to his room, as well as a glass of orange juice, but he did not return the empty plate to the kitchen. The staff brought the empty bowl to the kitchen and stayed in his room playing without getting tired or bored until the staff left the facility after finishing the evening shift.
