We conclude that ingested over the counter medications can pose an imaging dilemma for radiologists as their appearance on CT could falsely mimic pathology. It is imperative to obtain a thorough clinical history in such cases to provide accurate diagnoses and decrease unwanted imaging and clinical intervention. It is also important for radiologists to be aware of the appearances of commonly consumed over the counter medications that can mimic pathology as demonstrated by this case.Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and Chloroquine (CQ) are two anti-malarial drugs that are now being extensively used by front-line healthcare workers and other common people as a prophylactic drug against the Corona Virus Disease - 19 (COVID-19) in India and as well as in many parts of the world. While only a few in vitro studies have pointed to some efficacy of these drugs as a prophylactic against COVID-19, to date, there are no clinical studies that have established any clinical efficacy of these drugs as a prophylactic. These drugs are commonly used for the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) because of its immunomodulatory effects. Previously, we have evaluated the genetic toxicology of different drugs and chemicals including antimalarial drug CQ both in vitro and in vivo. Thus, we recognize the need to critically review the mutagenic, genotoxic, and immunomodulatory effects of these drugs, to find out whether it is safe to use as a prophylactic drug against COVID-19. Ehe use of these drugs until further investigation.Climate change and land use intensification are the two most common global change drivers of biodiversity loss. Like other organisms, the soil meso-fauna are expected to modify their functional diversity and composition in response to climate and land use changes. Here, we investigated the functional responses of Collembola, one of the most abundant and ecologically important groups of soil invertebrates. This study was conducted at the Global Change Experimental Facility (GCEF) in central Germany, where we tested the effects of climate (ambient vs. 'future' as projected for this region for the years between 2070 and 2100), land use (conventional farming, organic farming, intensively-used meadow, extensively-used meadow, and extensively-used pasture), and their interactions on the functional diversity (FD), community-weighted mean (CWM) traits (life-history, morphology), and functional composition of Collembola, as well as the Soil Biological Quality-Collembola (QBS-c) index. We found that land use was overwhelmingly the dominant driver of shifts in functional diversity, functional traits, and functional composition of Collembola, and of shifts in soil biological quality. These significant land use effects were mainly due to the differences between the two main land use types, i.e. cropland vs. grasslands. Specifically, Collembola functional biodiversity and soil biological quality were significantly lower in croplands than grasslands. However, no interactive effect of climate × land use was found in this study, suggesting that land use effects on Collembola were independent of the climate change scenario. Overall, our study shows that functional responses of Collembola are highly vulnerable to land use intensification under both climate scenarios. We conclude that land use changes reduce functional biodiversity and biological quality of soil.Appropriate endovascular treatment for aortic bifurcation lesions remains unclear. Incomplete apposition and radial mismatch have not been resolved to date. We treated two cases of aortic bifurcation lesions including common iliac aneurysms with balloon-expandable covered stents with "Double-D molding technique (DDMT)." This is the method. First, standard kissing stent technique with two balloon-expandable covered stents for aortic bifurcation lesions is performed. Second, either covered stent post-dilated with a larger size percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) balloon before the other covered stent also post-dilated with the same larger size PTA balloon. Kissing balloon technique was performed with the two previous size PTA balloons. Good double-D shape configuration is observed. Here we describe the efficiency of intracardiac echocardiogram in guiding the catheter ablation of persistent atrial fibrillation in a 55-year-old Japanese male with cor triatriatum sinister. Echo imaging provided a detailed three-dimensional anatomy of the whole left atrium and identified an ideal trans-septal puncture site that allowed catheter access to both the accessory and main chambers of the left atrium. We review similar cases from the literature. .Herein, we report a case of 61-year-old male with congestive heart failure (HF) due to severe aortic regurgitation (AR) caused by ruptured aortic valve aneurysm (VA). Aortic valve replacement (AVR) was performed after improvement of HF symptoms. Pathological examination of resected aortic VA showed neutrophil infiltration. Although he did not have typical clinical features associated with infective endocarditis (IE) such as fever, leukocytosis, or positive blood culture, we misdiagnosed this case as "concealed IE". However, we reconsidered the etiology because prosthetic aortic valve detachment occurred only one year after AVR. When considering causes except IE for perforated aortic VA and early prosthetic valve detachment, Behçet's disease (BD) was more likely based on the clinical course, echocardiography, and pathological findings in this case. The inflammatory process of BD is associated with aortic valvulitis/aortitis, leading to a possible cause of aortic regurgitation due to aortic VA or early prosthetic valve detachment.
