This study reports on patient and tumor characteristics of 41 consecutive MBC patients treated between 1990 and 2018 and on clinical outcomes after surgical resection of tumors and adjuvant radiotherapy of the chest wall or breast. Local control (LC), locoregional control (LRC), overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (DFS), and toxicity were evaluated. After a median follow-up of 80 months (95% CI 14.6-213.8 months) there was only one recurrence, in a patient's locoregional lymph nodes 17 months after start of radiotherapy, resulting in an LC rate of 100% at 5 years and a 5-year LRC rate of 97.4% (standard deviation (SD) 0.025). Five-year DFS and OS rates were 64.6% (SD 0.085) and 57.2% (SD 0.082), respectively. Adjuvant radiotherapy was tolerated well without high-grade (CTCAE grade > II) adverse events. After tumor resection and adjuvant radiotherapy, LC and LRC rates in MBC patients are excellent and comparable to results found for female breast cancer (FBC) patients. However, as patients are often diagnosed with locally advanced, higher-risk tumors, distant recurrences remain the major failure pattern.Although clinical nurses use online platforms to acquire health-related information and communicate with other healthcare providers, there are increasing reports on their incivility exposure in cyberspace. However, an in-depth understanding of their cyberincivility experience is lacking. This study aimed to identify Korean clinical nurses' perception and experience of cyberincivility. A qualitative study was conducted. Twenty clinical nurses from seven private and public hospitals in the Seoul metropolitan area were recruited using purposive sampling. Individual semi-structured interviews were conducted with the nurses from June to September 2019. Conventional content analysis was applied for the interview data analysis. Clinical nurses perceived cyberincivility as disrespectful and condemning behavior as users hide under the shield of anonymity to persecute others without fear of retribution. Four themes regarding participants' cyberincivility experience emerged unprofessional behavior, hierarchical communication, lack of respect and morality, and forming an inefficient work environment. The results of this study provide an understanding regarding clinical nurses' experience of cyberincivility that goes beyond that of previous studies, which mainly focused on students. These results could increase awareness of cyberincivility among clinical nurses, and provide key information for the design of cybercivility educational programs and guidelines to curb cyberincivility, nurture professional online communication, and consequently improve quality of care.The term big data has emerged in network concepts since the Internet of Things (IoT) made data generation faster through various smart environments. In contrast, bandwidth improvement has been slower; therefore, it has become a bottleneck, creating the need to solve bandwidth constraints. Over time, due to smart environment extensions and the increasing number of IoT devices, the number of fog nodes has increased. In this study, we introduce fog fragment computing in contrast to conventional fog computing. We address bandwidth management using fog nodes and their cooperation to overcome the extra required bandwidth for IoT devices with emergencies and bandwidth limitations. We formulate the decision-making problem of the fog nodes using a reinforcement learning approach and develop a Q-learning algorithm to achieve efficient decisions by forcing the fog nodes to help each other under special conditions. To the best of our knowledge, there has been no research with this objective thus far. Therefore, we compare this study with another scenario that considers a single fog node to show that our new extended method performs considerably better.From a total of 4140 marine fishes examined, eight species of parasitic isopods were reported from marine fishes in the Gulf of Thailand. These isopods were identified in two families, Corallanidae (Argathona macronema and Argathona rhinoceros) and Cymothoidae (Cymothoa eremita, Cymothoa elegans, Smenispa irregularis, Nerocila sundaica, Norileca indica and Norileca triangulata). Most of these parasitic isopods were found in the buccal cavity of their fish hosts with one host recorded as follows C. eremita was found from Nemipterus hexodon, C. elegans was found from Scatophagus argus, N. sundaica was found from Saurida tumbil. The majority of the isopod specimens recorded in this study was S. irregularis, which was found in the buccal cavities of five host fish, Pampus argentius, Alepes melanoptera, Caranx hippos, Parastromateus niger and Terapon jarbua, with a prevalence of 11.67%, 10.43%, 9.78%, 6.10% and 4.21%, respectively. Argathona rhinoceros was found in the nasal cavity and branchial cavity of Epinephelus coioides, whereas A. macronema and N. triangulata were found on the skin of Epinephelus coioides and Seriolina nigrofasciata, respectively. The highest species diversity was found in E. coioides, which harbored two species of parasitic isopods, A. macronema and A. rhinoceros. Cymothoa eremita, C. elegans, S. irregularis and N. triangulata were recorded for the first time in the Gulf of Thailand. The reported discovery of C. eremita, S. irregularis, N. sundaica and N. triangulata in their fish hosts were new recorded hosts. Moreover, A. macronema and N. triangulata were found for the first time in the central Indo-Pacific region.(1) Background Access to clean water is a very important factor for human life. However, pathogenic microorganisms in drinking water often cause diseases, and convenient/inexpensive testing methods are urgently needed. (2) Methods The reagent contains 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) and phenazine methosulfate (PMS) and can react with succinate dehydrogenase within bacterial cell membranes to produce visible purple crystals. The colorimetric change of the reagent after reaction can be measured by a sensor (AS7262). (3) Results Compared with traditional methods, our device is simple to operate and can provide rapid (i.e., 5 min) semi-quantitative results regarding the concentration of bacteria within a test sample. (4) Conclusions This easy-to-use device, which employs MTT-PMS reagents, can be regarded as a potential and portable tool for rapid water quality determination.
