Immunohistochemical investigation revealed a predominantly CD68-positive macrophage and CD3- and CD8>CD4-positive T-cell response in the alveoli, whereas within the airways, there was a variable mixture of CD3-positive T cells, CD20-positive B cells, and CD68-positive macrophages. Increased cellularity of the draining lymph nodes was also noted, indicating the presence of an immune response to the inhaled test article. Morphologic changes did not progress over time, and all changes partially recovered. Our two case studies are (1) feminist therapeutic expertise related to domestic violence, and (2) the revival of psychedelic medicine. In explicating these cases, we link the jurisdictional model of expertise (from the sociology of professions) with the network model of expertise (from science and technology studies) Cultural factors such as scientific narratives and embodied performances link together expert domains and forge new boundaries around expert practice.
The aim was to report the mid-term outcomes of Jetstream™ rotational atherectomy device in complex femoropopliteal lesions.

Between November 2016 and April 2018, 55 patients who were treated with rotational atherectomy and adjunctive balloon angioplasty due to complex femoropopliteal lesions were retrospectively scanned.

Fifty-five patients who underwent endovascular treatment with rotational atherectomy for chronic total occlusive femoropopliteal lesions were included in the study. Technical success rate was 100%. The mean age was 63 (±10.5) years. The cohort included 25 (45.4%) diabetics and 45 (81.8%) current smokers. The mean length of the lesions was 20.8 ± 11.2 cm. Chronic total occlusive lesions were detected in 35 (63.6%) patients, and mixed-type steno-occlusive lesions were detected in 20 patients (36.4%). Thirty-three (60%) lesions were moderate or severely calcified. Adjunctive balloon angioplasty was performed with plain old balloon angioplasty (POBA) on 31 (56.4%) patients and with drug-coa have worse patency results compared to the patients with claudication.The Young People's Health Service (YPHS) is a free, nurse-led Primary Health Care Clinic, in Melbourne, for young people aged 12-24 who are experiencing homelessness. We wanted to determine the number of people positive for Chlamydia trachomatis (Ct) and Mycoplasma genitalium (Mg), amongst this asymptomatic high-risk population. We also wanted to review our screening practice. All asymptomatic sexually active clients seen by YPHS between 2014 and 2016 were offered a first pass urine polymerase chain reaction-based test for Ct and Mg. Urine samples were taken for men and women. Positivity for Ct and Mg out of those tested was determined and association with gender examined. Between 2014-2016, 272 males and 278 females (n = 550) were screened for Ct, and 72 infections were detected (13.1%. Chlamydia positivity did not differ between males (n = 35; 12.9%, 95% confidence interval [CI] 8.8-16.8) and females (n = 37; 13.3%, 95%CI 9.3-17.3). The aim of this review is to summarize the current evidence on the risk factors for AGW development and to present the available real-life data on the impact of HPV vaccination on AGW incidence. An increased number of lifetime sexual partners, a new sexual partner in the last 12 months, smoking, and immunosuppression have been associated with increased risk for AGWs. HPV vaccination has led to a dramatic decline in AGW incidence in populations that have achieved high vaccination rates. These conclusions can contribute to primary prevention of AGWs and evidence-based counselling of AGW patients.
