The electrical stimulation system and sEMG feedback worked together to form a closed-loop electrical stimulation working system, so as to improve the efficiency of electrical stimulation rehabilitation treatment. In conclusion, the functional array electrode electrical stimulation system with sEMG feedback developed in this paper has the advantages of simple operation, small size and low power consumption, which lays a foundation for the introduction of electrical stimulation rehabilitation treatment equipment into the family, and also provides certain reference for the development of similar products in the future. To enhance the accuracy of computer-aided diagnosis of adolescent depression based on electroencephalogram signals, this study collected signals of 32 female adolescents (16 depressed and 16 healthy, age 16.3 ± 1.3) with eyes colsed for 4 min in a resting state. First, based on the phase synchronization between the signals, the phase-locked value (PLV) method was used to calculate brain functional connectivity in the θ and α frequency bands, respectively. Then based on the graph theory method, the network parameters, such as strength of the weighted network, average characteristic path length, and average clustering coefficient, were calculated separately ( P less then 0.05). Next, using the relationship between multiple thresholds and network parameters, the area under the curve (AUC) of each network parameter was extracted as new features ( P less then 0.05). Finally, support vector machine (SVM) was used to classify the two groups with the network parameters and their AUC as features. The study results show that with strength, average characteristic path length, and average clustering coefficient as features, the classification accuracy in the θ band is increased from 69% to 71%, 66% to 77%, and 50% to 68%, respectively. In the α band, the accuracy is increased from 72% to 79%, 69% to 82%, and 65% to 75%, respectively. And from overall view, when AUC of network parameters was used as a feature in the α band, the classification accuracy is improved compared to the network parameter feature. In the θ band, only the AUC of average clustering coefficient was applied to classification, and the accuracy is improved by 17.6%. The study proved that based on graph theory, the method of feature optimization of brain function network could provide some theoretical support for the computer-aided diagnosis of adolescent depression. To investigate the computed tomography (CT) characteristics and differential diagnosis of high altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) and COVID-19, CT findings of 52 cases of HAPE confirmed in Medical Station of Sanshili Barracks, PLA 950 Hospital from May 1, 2020 to May 30, 2020 were collected retrospectively. The size, number, location, distribution, density and morphology of the pulmonary lesions of these CT data were analyzed and compared with some already existed COVID-19 CT images which come from two files, "Radiological diagnosis of COVID-19 expert recommendation from the Chinese Society of Radiology (First edition)" and "A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel corona-virus (2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia (standard version)". The simple or multiple ground-glass opacity (GGO) lesions are located both in the HAPE and COVID-19 at the early stage, but only the thickening of interlobular septa, called "crazy paving pattern" belongs to COVID-19. At the next period, some increased cloudy shadows are located in HAPE, while lesions of COVID-19 are more likely to develop parallel to the direction of the pleura, and some of the lesions show the bronchial inflation. At the most serious stage, both the shadows in HAPE and COVID-19 become white, but the lesions of HAPE in the right lung are more serious than that of left lung. In summary, some cloudy shadows are the feature of HAPE CT image, and "crazy paving pattern" and "pleural parallel sign" belong to the COVID-19 CT, which can be used for differential diagnosis.During the COVID-19 epidemic, our national guidelines have suggested that surgical patients should wear a mask to decrease the potential transmission of COVID-19 in the operating room, as long as the condition allows. However, so far, there is no study to discuss the influence of wearing a mask on the ventilation and blood oxygenation status in patients of spontaneous breathing with supplementary oxygen through an anesthetic facemask. This is a before-after study in the same patient, and 10 healthy volunteers were recruited, by testing the arterial blood gas parameters at key time points before and after oxygen inhalation to evaluate the effects of two different supplementary oxygen methods ('disposable medical mask + anesthetic facemask' and 'anesthetic facemask only') on the oxygenation of subjects. Our data demonstrated whether wearing a disposable medical mask or not could effectively increase the oxygen supply of the subjects compared with the basic value before oxygen inhalation; however, compared with the group without mask, the arterial oxygen partial (PaO 2) reduced significantly at each time points when subjects wearing a disposable medical mask. There was no significant difference in other parameters, and our data showed that age growth and smoking had no significant effects on the difference of PaO 2 between the groups with and without masks. This study demonstrates effective oxygen supplementation through anesthetic facemask in subjects with spontaneous breathing who is wearing a disposable medical mask, whose pulse oxygen saturation and arterial oxygen saturation can reach 100% rapidly, and this provides a theoretical basis for the management of patients with disseminated respiratory diseases to wear masks in the operating room; however, the rate and amount of PaO 2 increase are both decreased as compared to those who is not wearing a disposable medical mask during supplementary oxygenation. Whether this difference will affect the clinical outcome needs further study. With the increasing global burden of various cancer, an abundance of papers emerged every year in the research hotspots of oncology, covering a wide range of research types and topics. SKI II In order to facilitate interested readers to quickly grasp the frontier and hotspots of cancer research, it would be helpful to sort out and summarize the research topic in a timely manner. According to the classification of disciplines, we screened the Essential Science Indicators (ESI) hot papers released in 2019 for the ones in the oncology field, utilized methods such as bibliometrics, statistical description, hierarchical induction, analysis and interpretation to further reveal the context and characteristics of research in the field of oncology, summarized the latest progresses and future directions in the field, and provided information and hints for the trajectory of future research. A total of 549 papers were included, which were mainly from the field of clinical medicine; the country with the most publications was the United States, while China ranked the fourth in terms of contribution; the research institution with the highest number of published papers was University of Texas system; N Engl J Med published the most papers, with contribution also from highly influential journals in the field of oncology such as Lancet Oncol, J Clin Oncol, JAMA Oncol and Cancer Discov.
