Mineral resource security is the premise and foundation of the regional green rise strategy. And the adjustment of industrial structure is an effective way to relieve the pressure of the current green economy transformation. Based on the Shift-share Method and the Spatial Durbin model, this paper takes 30 regions in China from 2006 to 2017 as examples to study the impact of industrial structure adjustment on China's green development from the perspective of mineral resource security. The empirical results show that China is still in the process of industrial transfer. The dynamic effect of industrial structure promotes green development from the perspective of mineral resource security, while its static effect inhibits green development from the perspective of mineral resource security. The spatial spillover effect of the industrial structure affecting green development from the perspective of mineral resource security is significant. The static structural effect of the tertiary industry promotes the green development of the region, and it has a significant negative impact on neighboring areas, while the secondary industry's static structural effect has the opposite effect.The dissemination of cancer to bone can cause significant cancer-induced bone pain (CIBP), severely impairing the patient's quality of life. Several rodent models have been developed to explore the nociceptive mechanisms of CIBP, including intratibial inoculation of breast carcinoma cells in syngeneic Sprague Dawley rats. Using this model, we investigated whether resident spinal microglial cells are involved in the transmission and modulation of CIBP, a long-debated disease feature. Immunohistochemical staining of ionizing calcium-binding adaptor molecule 1 (Iba-1) and phosphorylated p38-mitogen-activated protein kinase (P-p38 MAPK) showed no spinal microglial reaction in cancer-bearing rats, independently of disease stage, sex, or carcinoma cell line. As a positive control, significant upregulation of both Iba-1 and P-p38 was observed in a rat model of neuropathic pain. Additionally, intrathecal administration of the microglial inhibitor minocycline did not ameliorate pain-like behaviors in cancer-bearing rats, in contrast to spinal morphine administration. Super-TDU clinical trial Our results indicate that microglial reaction is not a main player in CIBP, adding to the debate that even within the same models of CIBP, significant variations are seen in disease features considered potential drug targets. We suggest that this heterogeneity may reflect the clinical landscape, underscoring the need for understanding the translational value of CIBP models.Durum wheat is the most relevant cereal for the whole of Mediterranean agriculture, due to its intrinsic adaptation to dryland and semi-arid environments and to its strong historical cultivation tradition. It is not only relevant for the primary production sector, but also for the food industry chains associated with it. In Mediterranean environments, wheat is mostly grown under rainfed conditions and the crop is frequently exposed to environmental stresses, with high temperatures and water scarcity especially during the grain filling period. For these reasons, and due to recurrent disease epidemics, Mediterranean wheat productivity often remains under potential levels. Many studies, using both linkage analysis (LA) and a genome-wide association study (GWAS), have identified the genomic regions controlling the grain yield and the associated markers that can be used for marker-assisted selection (MAS) programs. Here, we have summarized all the current studies identifying quantitative trait loci (QTLs) and/or candidate genes involved in the main traits linked to grain yield kernel weight, number of kernels per spike and number of spikes per unit area.High-performance positively-charged nanofiltration (NF) membranes have a profound significance for water softening. In this work, a novel monomer, tris(3-aminopropyl)amine (TAEA), with one tertiary amine group and three primary amine groups, was blended with trace amounts of piperazine (PIP) in aqueous solution to fabricate a positively-charged NF membrane with tunable performance. As the molecular structures of TAEA and PIP are totally different, the chemical composition and structure of the polyamine selective layer could be tailored via varying the PIP content. The resulting optimal membrane exhibited an excellent water permeability of 10.2 LMH bar-1 and a high rejection of MgCl2 (92.4%), due to the incorporation of TAEA/PIP. In addition, this TAEA NF membrane has a superior long-term stability. Thus, this work provides a facile way to prepare a positively charged membrane with an efficient water softening ability.Inherited retinal dystrophies (IRDs) are a group of rare retinal conditions, including retinitis pigmentosa (RP), caused by monogenic mutations in 1 out of more than 250 genes. Despite recent advancements in gene therapy, there is still a lack of an effective treatment for this group of retinal conditions. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of highly conserved small non-coding RNAs that inhibit gene expression. Control of miRNAs-mediated protein expression has been described as a widely used mechanism for post-transcriptional regulation in many physiological and pathological processes in different organs, including the retina. Our main purpose was to test the hypothesis that modulation of a group of miRNAs can protect photoreceptor cells from death in the rd10 mouse model of retinitis pigmentosa. For this, we incorporated modulators of three miRNAs in adeno-associated viruses (AAVs), which were administered through sub-retinal injections. The results obtained indicate that inhibition of the miR-6937-5p slows down the visual deterioration of rd10 mice, reflected by an increased electroretinogram (ERG) wave response under scotopic conditions and significant preservation of the outer nuclear layer thickness. This work contributes to broadening our knowledge on the molecular mechanisms underlying retinitis pigmentosa and supports the development of novel therapeutic approaches for RP based on miRNA modulation.
