The staff supports Hayden to be calm by telling him that the things or items he wants are not there now but later so that he avoids bad behavior and acting aggressively. This evening Hayden was wonderful and calm.


The staff supported Hayden with health care and attention by giving him his medication in the morning and evening at the right time with a glass of water. The staff makes sure that Hayden swallows the medication and he accepts this support without objection. Hayden goes to his doctor's appointment with his parents.


The staff supported Hayden in practicing the daily activities that he loves to practice. Hayden loves to practice individual activities, which are playing on the iPad or watching TV or YouTube. Today Hayden was watching TV and was following a children’s series. He was enjoying his time, as he prefers individual activities. He continued watching until 6:00 pm, the time for dinner.


The staff supported Hayden take a shower this evening. The staff supported Hayden prepare dinner. A plate of green salad with ranch dressing and cheddar cheese, a bottle of soda, a piece of chocolate, and a bottle of water. After eating dinner, Hayden went to his room. His room was clean and tidy. Hayden took the trash from his room out of the room. At 7:00 p.m., Hayden went to sleep.


The staff supported Hayden by following the monthly safety procedures. The staff supported Hayden by protecting him while he is in the community. The staff supported Hayden by taking care of him while he is in the facility with the staff. The staff supported Hayden by following the precautionary procedures and wearing a mask so that he does not get infected with Covid-19 or other new viruses if required. He is responsive.



The staff supported Brandy by taking care of his health and eating healthy and soft mashed food. Brandy also tidying his room, as he is interested in personal hygiene and tidying his room. The staff supported Brandy by preparing dinner: spaghetti, salad, a glass of orange juice, and a bottle of water. After eating dinner, he went to his room.


The staff supported Brandy to take his medication on time, morning or evening. He is committed to taking the medication on time with a glass of water and making sure that he swallows the medication. The staff supported Brandy with health care and attention to his health and to be safe inside the facility. The staff brings Brandy medicine from the pharmacy and also does monthly emergency drills to keep him safe.


The staff supported Brandy in his favorite activity. He loves playing the piano, but in the evening the loud music disturbs the rest of the residents. He also enjoys listening to songs. Today Brandy was listening to songs and was enjoying his time until he went to sleep at 9:00 pm.

The staff supports Brandy in doing monthly activities. Sometimes the staff accompanies him to McDonald's or a store by providing transportation and also so that he is not exposed to fraud or blackmail. The staff pays the money and brings the bills to the cashier. As for Brandy, he likes these monthly or weekly activities. It is a kind of mood change. He is an intelligent and smart person who loves routine.

The staff supports Brandy in building social communication skills with others and speaking loudly or in a high tone so that others can enjoy him and avoid shyness because he is shy but he is social and loves to participate in conversation with others and the staff.
