Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a malignant solid tumor. In recent years, although immune check point inhibitors (ICIs) have achieved important advances in the treatment of SCLC, immune-related adverse events (irAEs) have occurred at the same time during the therapeutic period. Some irAEs lead to dose reduction or treatment rejection. The immune microenvironment of SCLC is complicated, therefore, understanding irAEs associated with ICIs is of great importance and necessity for the clinical management of SCLC. However, the lack of comprehensive understanding of irAEs in patients with SCLC remains remarkable. This review aims to provide an up-to-date overview of ICIs and their associated irAEs in patients with SCLC based on present clinical data.
To explore the mutated genes in esophageal cancer (ESCA), and evaluate its relationship with tumor mutation burden (TMB) and prognosis of ESCA, and analyze the advantages of FAT3 as a potential prognostic marker in ESCA.

The somatic mutation landscape was analyzed according to ESCA samples from the TCGA and ICGC database. The differences of TMB between mutant type and wild type of frequently mutated genes were compared by Mann-Whitney U test. The association of gene mutations with prognosis was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method. The relative abundance of 22 tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte subsets in ESCA was calculated by CIBERSORT algorithm.

FAT3 was a high frequency mutation in both TCGA and ICGC samples from the somatic mutation landscape. Then, the mutation type of FAT3 had significantly higher TMB in patients with ESCA compared the wild type (
<0.05). Meanwhile, the prognosis of FAT3 mutation type was significantly worse in patients with ESCA(
<0.05), and the FAT3 mutation status might be an independent factor for prognosis of patients with ESCA (HR 1.262-5.922, P=0.011). The GSEA analysis revealed the potential mechanism of FAT3 mutation on the occurrence and development of ESCA. Finally, naive B cells were significantly enriched in FAT3 mutation samples of the ESCA microenvironment (
<0.05).

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been found to be closely associated with glioma development in recent years, however, their molecular regulatory mechanisms on CAFs in GSCs remodeled TME kept largely unelucidated. Our study found that GSCs could induce malignant transformation of fibroblasts (t-FBs) based on dual-color fluorescence tracing orthotopic model. Associated with poor prognosis, Lnc HOXA transcript antisense RNA, myeloid-specific 1 (HOTAIRM1) was highly expressed in high-grade gliomas and t-FBs. Depleting HOTAIRM1 inhibited the proliferation, invasion, migration, and even tumorigenicity of t-FB. Conversely, overexpression of HOTAIRM1 promoted malignancy phenotype of t-FB. Mechanistically, HOTAIRM1 directly bound with miR-133b-3p, and negatively regulated the latter. MiR-133b-3p partly decreased the promotion effect of HOTAIRM1 on t-FBs. Furthermore, transforming growth factor-β (TGFβ) was verified to be a direct target of miR-133b-3p. HOTAIRM1 can modulate TGFβ via competing with miR-133b-3p. Collectively, HOTAIRM1/miR-133b-3p/TGFβ axis was involved in modulating t-FBs malignancy in TME remodeled by GSCs, which had the potential to serve as a target against gliomas.
Osteosarcoma (OS) is a highly malignant and aggressive bone tumor. This study was performed to explore the mechanisms of HuR (human antigen R) in the progression of OS.

HuR expression levels in OS tissues and cells were detected by immunohistochemistry and western blotting. HuR siRNA was transfected into SJSA-1 OS cells to downregulate HuR expression, and then cell proliferation, migration, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) were evaluated. KPT-330 in vivo RNA immunoprecipitation was performed to determine the association of the long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) XIST and argonaute RISC catalytic component (AGO) 2 with HuR. Fluorescence
hybridization analysis was performed to detect the expression of lncRNA XIST. Western blotting and immunofluorescence assays were performed to observe AGO2 expression after HuR or/and lncRNA XIST knockdown.

Knockdown of HuR repressed OS cell migration and EMT. AGO2 was identified as a target of HuR and silencing of HuR decreased AGO2 expression. The lncRNA XIST was associated with HuR-mediated AGO2 suppression. Moreover, knockdown of AGO2 significantly inhibited cell proliferation, migration, and EMT in OS.

The presence of haematological malignancies are expected to increase the risk of adverse outcomes from this viral infection due to the immunosuppression brought about by the underlying cancer and the effects of therapy. We present a 55-year-old woman diagnosed with relapsed/refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) who had been heavily pretreated with multiagent chemotherapy, autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (autoHCT), allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHCT) and was complicated with EBV associated posttransplant lymphoproliferative disease (PTLD) and chronic graft-versus-host-disease (GVHD). The patient was recently treated with brentuximab and donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI) for relapse after alloHCT. She suffered from severe COVID-19 pneumonia and eventually succumbed to acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and multiorgan failure. Of note, this is the first reported case of COVID-19 in a HL patient who was being treated with brentuximab for relapse after alloHCT.
