However, due to the higher dimension of convolutional kernels, the space complexity of 3DCNNs is generally larger than that of traditional two-dimensional convolutional neural networks (2DCNNs). To miniaturize 3DCNNs for the deployment in confining environments such as embedded devices, neural network compression is a promising approach. In this work, we adopt the tensor train (TT) decomposition, a straightforward and simple in situ training compression method, to shrink the 3DCNN models. Through proposing tensorizing 3D convolutional kernels in TT format, we investigate how to select appropriate TT ranks for achieving higher compression ratio. We have also discussed the redundancy of 3D convolutional kernels for compression, core significance and future directions of this work, as well as the theoretical computation complexity versus practical executing time of convolution in TT. In the light of multiple contrast experiments based on VIVA challenge, UCF11, UCF101, and ModelNet40 datasets, we conclude that TT decomposition can compress 3DCNNs by around one hundred times without significant accuracy loss, which will enable its applications in extensive real world scenarios.
Currently, little is known about the progression of an immune response against SARSCoV- 2 upon infection or sub-infection-exposure over time. We examined the serologic response in healthcare workers up to 12 weeks after a well-documented and contained outbreak and compared results with findings from earlier serologic testing in the same population.

This study followed 166 health care workers of the University Perinatal Care Center, Regensburg, Germany, for up to 12 weeks. 27 of the subjects had previously tested positive for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 by PCR testing and developed COVID-19. Little is known about the risk factors associated with the condition or if the condition should be treated in a similar way to other eating disorders or whether distinct interventions are required. This study aimed to identify (1) putative variables of the need for treatment in those with orthorexia symptomology and (2) assess whether comorbid psychological symptomologies were associated with orthorexia nervosa. An online cross-sectional self-report survey was developed and the data of 130 participants analysed using regression analyses. As predicted, individuals with higher levels of orthorexic symptomology, eating disorder symptomology and those who identified their healthy eating as problematic were significantly more likely to have a perceived need for treatment, however those who self-identified as having a current or past eating disorder were not.
