Emotion is a series of reactions triggered by a specific object or situation that affects a person's physiological state and can, therefore, be identified by physiological signals. This paper proposes an emotion recognition model. Extracted the features of physiological signals such as photoplethysmography, galvanic skin response, respiration amplitude, and skin temperature. The SVM-RFE-CBR(Recursive Feature Elimination-Correlation Bias Reduction-Support Vector Machine) algorithm was performed to select features and support vector machines for classification. Finally, the model was implemented on the DEAP dataset for an emotion recognition experiment. In the rating scale of valence, arousal, and dominance, the accuracy rates of 73.5%, 81.3%, and 76.1% were obtained respectively. The result shows that emotional recognition can be effectively performed by combining a variety of physiological signals.In medical organizations special forms (approved by orders of the Ministry of health and the Central statistical office) are used to present the results of laboratory examination of the population for syphilis. Currently, these forms include laboratory technologies that do not meet modern standards. In 2018-2019 the normative documents, regulating the use of accounting forms of medical documentation in the public health system, and the practice of using forms with the results of laboratory examination for syphilis were studied in 35 branches of 3 medical organizations of the Lyubertsy district of the Moscow region and in 18 branches of Moscow city was conducted. It is established that in the medical organizations of Moscow and the Moscow region are used the different forms of the registration forms approved by orders of the Ministry of health of the USSR which have now become invalid. The structure of the forms with the results of the population survey for syphilis does not correspond to the applied modern technologies and standards of the survey. On the basis of requirements of modern regulatory documents two new forms of registration forms for the presentation of results of laboratory researches have been developed, within 1,5 years tested and offered for application one form at screening of the population for syphilis and another - for performing verification examinations for diagnostics and the subsequent clinical and serological supervision.Moxifloxacin and imunofan peptide concentrations - dependent Clostridium difficile growth rate was analyzed in vitro. In the course of our study, it was revealed imunofan peptide at concentrations 0.05, 0.25 μg/ml has antimicrobial characteristics against toxigenic C. difficile strain. At the same time, with the peptide and the antibiotic combined interaction, we observed moxifloxacin concentration 0-1.5 MIC stimulates C. difficile growth, regardless of the imunofan concentration. Concentrations of maximum growth inhibition for C. difficile were also established with the combined effects peptide imunofan and antibiotic moxifloxacin - 1.5 μg/ml and 2.5 MIC, respectively.Due to the prevalence of biofilm infections caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae, in laboratory diagnostic practice it has a great importance to obtain a standard model of Klebsiella biofilm for evaluating the bactericidal effect and effectiveness of antimicrobial drugs. Describes the method of Klebsiella biofilms formation in vitro. The intensity of biofilm formation was evaluated by the ability of bacteria to bind the crystal violet. The degree of film formation was measured by optical density. The presence of an intercellular matrix was confirmed by staining of Congo-red solution followed by light microscopy. The effect of exogenous and endogenous factors on biofilm formation by K. pneumoniae strains was investigated. The influence of the nutrient composition, the age of the culture («daily», «weekly»), the presence of oxygen and the temperature conditions were studied. The nutrient composition of the medium significantly influenced on biofilm formation of K. pneumoniae DMEM stimulated biofilm formation in most strains in vitro compared to TSB. The age of the culture (daily, weekly) did not significantly affect the biofilm formation of Klebsiella. At the same time, the temperature of culturing and the presence of oxygen can both stimulate and inhibit biofilm formation, depending on the strain under study. MSU42011 Most strains of Klebsiella better form a biofilm under aerobic conditions at 37º C.A total 267 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae obtained in 2016 from 16 regions of the Russian Federation in six federal districts Southern, Central, Northwestern, Volga, Ural and Siberian were investigated. All microorganisms were identified by biochemical profile on the Vitek 2 Compact analyzer. Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-ToF MS) was used as an alternative method of identification. Biochemical typing revealed an atypical indistinctive enzymatic profile of N. gonorrhoeae(loss of D-glucose fermentation abilityand reducing of specific enzymes ProA, TyrA, APPA in 49.1% of studies (131 strains), resulting in 39 strains (14.6%) were assigned to other types of microorganisms. Additional biochemical typing reduced the percentage of error by almost five times (from 14,6 to 3), but 100% confirmation of N. gonorrhoeae was not received.However, verification by mass spectrometer study showed 100% affiliation of the microorganism to N. gonorrhoeae. Biochemical atypia of N. gonorrhoeae represented by the loss of a number of taxonomically significant characters determines the need for an integrated approach to its identification which includes proteomic (massspectrometry) and/or genomic (PCR) studiesalong with biochemical typing.CytoDiff reagent was developed to optimize the performance of a WBC differential evaluation. It determines the main population of white blood cells by the expression of linear markers. One of the additional possibilities of using CytoDiff is the differential diagnosis of reactive and tumor lymphocytosis. We studied peripheral blood samples of 76 patients of the All-Russian Central Research Center A.M. Nikiforova EMERCOM of Russia with absolute lymphocytosis of more than 3,0x109/l. The control group included 26 practically healthy people. All performed a clinical blood test on a 5Diff hematology analyzer with smear microscopy, and determination of leukocyte populations by phenotype using CytoDiff. Reference intervals were determined for subpopulations of lymphocytes using CytoDiff. An algorithm has been developed for evaluating the results obtained when determining leukocyte populations by phenotype using CytoDiff for differential diagnosis of reactive and tumor lymphoproliferation. To detect B-cell lymphoproliferative diseases, the use of a cut-off value of 13% or more of the number of leukocytes is optimal.
