Dear Mr. President, I would like to tell you that I managed to rank the plants. I found that either Costal Panic Grass, American Beach Grass, or even Bitter Panicum would be good to protect the sand dunes. For Bitter Panicum even though it has poor stabilization, it makes it up for its tolerance from sea spray. And its characteristics.
