IOP normalization was achieved as well as complete anatomical resolution of macular RD.Idiopathic macular telangiectasia type 2 (MacTel 2) is a slow and progressive bilateral condition that affects middle-aged and elderly individuals. Vision loss is generally mild and occurs over the course of many years. The development of sub-retinal neovascularisation (SRNV) can occur late in the disease process, and lead to more dramatic vision loss. A report is presented of 2cases of MacTel 2 in which optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) was essential for the diagnosis of secondary SRNV. The commercially available OCTA Cirrus AngioPlex 5000 platform (Zeiss, Jena, Germany) was used. Subretinal neovascularization was detectable in both cases in OCTA at the level of the deep capillary plexus and the avascular layer. OCTA also allowed us to monitor disease progression and monitor response to anti-VEGF therapy.An optic disk melanocytoma is a benign pigmented neoplasm of the optic disk measuring 2.00mm of diameter in average. Smaller optic disk melanocytomas are rare and have not been studied with multiple imaging studies. A case of a "micro" optic disk melanocytoma measuring 0.71mm in diameter was studied by multiple imaging modalities, including fundus autofluorescence, ultrasound, visual fields, optical coherence tomography (OCT) and OCT angiography. While clinical appreciation and fundus autofluorescence reveal changes compatible with previously reported cases, OCT, OCT angiography and ultrasound reveal specific changes that could be useful for follow up.
The implantation of multifocal intraocular lens (IOL) has increased in recent years, allowing patients to achieve good quality vision at all distances, independence from use of glasses, and consequently, an increase in quality of life. The main purpose of this study was to analyse the links between publications and authors via citation networks, as well to as identify the different research areas and determine the most cited publications.

The publication search was performed through the Web of Science database, using the terms «Multifocal intraocular lens», «Bifocal intraocular lens», «Trifocal intraocular lens», «Diffractive intraocular lens», «Refractive intraocular lens», «Accommodative intraocular lens» and «Extended depth of focus intraocular lens», for a time interval from 1989 to August 2020. The software used to analyse the publications was the Citation Network Explorer.

A total of 1293 publications were found, with 11730 citations generated in the network, and 2019 had the highest number of publications of any year. The most cited publication was «European multicenter study of the AcrySof ReSTOR apodized diffractive intraocular lens» by Kohnen et al., published in 2006. Delays in finding inpatient beds and transferring patients lead to overcrowding in the Emergency Department (ED).

The emergency nurse coordinator role was implemented in the general or adult ED to optimize patient flow, but few studies are available for pediatric hospitals.

The aim was to assess the impact of a pediatric emergency nurse coordinator and an ED porter on the ED length of stay for inpatients.

A retrospective before-after study was conducted in a pediatric hospital. ED inpatient length of stay was compared between December 2015 and December 2016. The probability to get an ED length of stay below the median was modeled in multivariate analysis.

A pediatric emergency nurse coordinator and ED porter were implemented in 2016.

1086 hospitalized children were included. The ED length of stay was significantly longer in 2016 (median 5.5h, IQR 3h and 49min, 7h and 22min) than in 2015 (median 4.8h, IQR 3h and 19min, 6h and 18min). The year 2015 (OR 1.56, 95% CI [1.1, 2.2]), the absence of imaging, the absence of aerosol and IV drug administration, the number of hospitalizations on the day below the median, type of hospitalization unit, and the age of children younger than 1years old were associated with a shorter ED length of stay (below the median) in the multivariate analysis.
