The study detailed here has sought to assess the physical and technical activity engaged in by football players in the light of the direction of travel in which time zones were crossed as players transferred from training centres to match venues, in the context of matches played at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. The material consisted of 945 observations of 340 players. Analysed total distances covered [km], distances covered with high-intensity running (20-25 km/h) [m], numbers of sprints, numbers of shots, numbers of passes, pass accuracy [%] and the official ranking of national teams. Three categories of time-zone shift (training centre → match venue) were taken account of, i.e. (1) West→East (WE), (2) Same Zone (SZ) and (3) East→West (EW). Analysis of results revealed that players in the EW and SZ categories were able to achieve results significantly better than those moving WE (total distances covered H = 11.815(2); p = 0.003; numbers of passes H = 7.630(2); p = 0.022), and this in relation to team placings in the end-of-tournament ranking (H = 18.099(2); p = 0.001). The results will be valuable in searching places for training centres during future FIFA World Cup and UEFA European Championship competitions.
The aim of this study was to develop and evaluate a self-report instrument measuring patients', family members', and staff's perceived support from light and color in the physical environment of an emergency department (ED)-the Light and Color Questionnaire (LCQ).

The physical care environment is an important part of a comprehensive caring approach in all levels of care not only for patients but also for family members and staff. However, no existing self-report questionnaire assessing the extent to which light and color are perceived as being supportive in the physical care environment from the users' perspective was found.

The LCQ was developed as part of a pre-post study in which an ED serving 125,000 people was refurbished and remodeled using evidence-based design. The LCQ consists of six items for light and five items for color and assesses awareness/orientation, safety/security, functional abilities, privacy, personal control, and stimulation. The study was carried out in four steps constructions ondents. The LCQ instrument may be useful for architects, administrators, and researchers of healthcare environments. Objectives To adapt and test the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy of an 8-week resiliency group program for posttreatment lymphoma survivors. Design and outcomes. This is an exploratory mixed methods study. Phase 1 We conducted qualitative interviews to inform program adaptation. Thiomyristoyl Phase 2 Using a single-arm pilot design, we assessed program feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy (exploratory outcomes stress coping, uncertainty intolerance, distress). We also examined the feasibility of collecting hair cortisol samples. Results. Phase 1 Survivors reported feeling socially isolated as they grappled with lingering symptoms that interfered with their return to normalcy. Fears about recurrence triggered bodily hypervigilance. Survivors desired wellness programs that 1) target their whole-body experience, 2) promote social connectedness, and 3) manage fear of recurrence. Phase 2 Thirty-seven survivors enrolled. Participants completed a median of 7/8 sessions, and 76.9% completed ≥6/8 sessions; 65% provided a hair sample. Survivors demonstrated improvements in stress coping (d = .67), uncertainty tolerance (d = .71), and anxiety (d = .41) at program completion. Conclusions. Findings suggest promising feasibility and efficacy of this program in addressing posttreatment survivorship challenges, particularly fears of uncertainty. A cancer care model that adopts early integration of this program posttreatment has the potential to improve survivors' emotional, social and physical well-being.The chemical composition of the methanol extract obtained from Araucaria cunninghamii Sweet. bark was determined by GC-MS analysis with its antioxidant and antibacterial potential, for the first time. A total of 73 compounds were identified and the extract was strongly characterised by Viridiflorene; Androstan-17-one, 3-ethyl-3-hydroxy-, (5α)-; 8-Isopropenyl-1,3,3,7-tetramethyl-bicyclo[5.1.0]oct-5-en-2-one; 3,6,9-Triethyl-3,6,9-trimethyl-tetracyclo[6.1.0.0 ∼ 2,4∼.0 ∼ 5,7∼]-nonane; Longifolenaldehyde; (-)-Caryophyllen-(I1); 2-hydroxymethyl-5-furfural; Methyl commate B; 3-Ethyl-3-hydroxyandrostan-17-one; 3-Hydroxybenzoic acid as the main components (55.39%). A. cunninghamii extract presents IC50, 53.52 µg/mL and 65.29 µg/mL using DPPH and H2O2 scavenging assay, respectively. The antibacterial activity of the extract was evaluated for eight microorganisms showed that the extract had a remarkable inhibitory potential with a mean zone diameter of inhibition ranging from 09 to 21 mm. The methanol extract of A. cunninghamii showed significant antibacterial activity against X. campestris (21 mm, ZOI) with MIC and MBC values 15.6 and 31.25 µg/mL, respectively.
There are currently no effective treatments for Methamphetamine (METH) addiction and psychotherapy remains the sole treatment option. The development of immunopharmacotherapies for the treatment of drug addiction, overdose, and relapse management appears to be promising alternative and a significant body of information has been generated using various vaccine development strategies. Herein, we present an update on the developments toward anti-METH vaccines and their study outcomes in preclinical and clinical studies.

The scope of this article is to present an update on METH vaccine development strategies such as active vaccination through hapten design and the passive immunization through monoclonal antibodies along with preclinical and clinical studies. The relevant literatures and clinical trial outcomes were searched in databases including Google, Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, ClinicalTrials.gov, and www.anzctr.org.au using specific keywords.

Significant improvements have been developed for immunopharmacotherapies for METH addiction over the last two decades.
