6. Mengumumkan pembagian room untuk setiap murid.
Tugas Vice Presidente
1. Membantu tugas Presidente.
2. Menghandle Absen secara bergantian dengan Presidente.
3. Menyebar info-info penting SVA (terlebih dari akun utama).
4. Menggantikan posisi Presidente jika Presidente berhalangan untuk on (hiatus dll).
5. Menghandle Secret Room Dhampir.
6. Memegang Tanggung Jawab setiap ha yg berhubungan tentang Dhampir.
Tugas Sekretaris
1. Men-check semua data murid Dhampir.
2. mencatat semua data murid Dhampir.
3. Mengirim data murid Dhampir. [setiap minggu ke Matrona - setiap bulan ke HeadMaster].
4. Mencatat semua data room murid.
5. Menghandle absen secara bergantian.
6. Mencatat Materi jika ada rapat Dhampir.
Tugas Bendahara
1. Menghandle semua yg berhubungan tentang GOB Dhampir.
2. Menghitung bagian pendataan Kas Dhampir.
3. Mengirim Rincian Data Kas Dhampir setiap bulan ke Bank dan Matrona.
4. Menjaga Absen secara bergantian.
5. Menghitung bagian pendataan pengeluaran dan pemasukkan kas Dhampir.
Tugas Dhampir Crew
1. Menegur murid Dhampir yg OOT saat kelas (tegur di dm/grup dhampir).
2. Menjaga Secret Room.
3. Menyusun setiap Materi Kelas di Secret Room Dhampir.
4. Melapor setiap pembuat rangkuman kepada Presidente.
5. mengingatkan setiap yg bertugas merangkum materi secara bergantian.
Tugas Murid Dhampir
1. Menjaga nama baik Dhampir.
2. Saling berbaur.
3. Ramah.
4. Saling mengingatkan tugasnya.
5. Jika ada masalah bisa bicara ke Matrona/Presidente/Vice/Sekre/Bendahara.
6. Aktif dalam Kelas.
7. Diusahakan selalu ikut setiap event Dhampir.
8. Jangan ada yg saling mengucilkan, jika tidak suka dengan seseorang usaha tetap terlihat baik.
