1. Implementar un dashboard funcional que refleje al menos 5 indicadores clave de rendimiento del DWH-CRI antes del final del trimestre.
2. Reducir el tiempo promedio de generación de reportes del DWH-CRI en un 30% mediante la optimización de los procesos de consulta de datos.
3. Establecer y documentar un pipeline de datos automatizado con un 95% de confiabilidad operativa para la extracción y transformación de datos.
