Fakultas Teknik Terbaik
Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya merupakan salah satu fakultas terkemuka di Kota Pahlawan. Fakultas ini menawarkan beragam program studi S1 di bidang teknik, yaitu teknik elektro, teknik sipil, arsitektur, teknik perkapalan, teknik mesin, teknik industri, dan teknik informatika. Program studi tersebut disusun untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan kemampuan di bidang perancangan, konstruksi, dan manajemen sistem teknologi yang modern. Sebelumnya bernama Institut Teknologi Muhammadiyah Surabaya yang kemudian dilebur menjadi Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya, Fakultas Teknik ini memiliki sejarah yang kuat dan fokus pada penyusunan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi. Kurikulum tersebut disusun sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri untuk melengkapi lulusan dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan sehingga siap menghadapi dunia kerja.
Selain perkuliahan, Fakultas Teknik UM Surabaya juga aktif dalam riset, pelatihan, dan community service di bidang teknik. Kegiatan-kegiatan ini berbasis pada penelitian dan pembelajaran, menunjukkan komitmen fakultas dalam pengembangan diri dan berkontribusi kepada masyarakat.
