Furthermore, the expression of COL-I and TGF-β1 in kidney tissues increased significantly in the diabetic mice, which were antagonized by the rutin treatment. Together, the result suggested that rutin can improve kidney injury of the type 1 diabetic mice. This work presents a pilot method of hematological diagnosis about changes in shape, size and rouleaux formation, cell count of leucocytes and platelet cells in the presence of different glucose [C6H12O6] and water [H2O] concentrations. The 2D microscopic images after addition of ten different glucose concentrations to normal blood (0 mM- 450 mM) revealed the lyses (disintegration) of white blood cells (WBCs). This work provides a baseline to diagnose blood disorders and complications at labs and clinical environment.Eucommia ulmoides is valuable medicinal plant in China. In this study, ultrasonic technology was used to extract polysaccharides and orthogonal design was applied to choose the optimal extraction conditions. The optimal extraction conditions of E. ulmoides polysaccharides were made up of the ratio of water to raw 30, extraction time 80 min, extraction temperature 60°C and extraction power 200 W. Under these conditions, the extraction polysaccharides content reached 164.95 mg/g. In addition, the potential antioxidant activity of crude polysaccharides (Cp) and pure polysaccharides (Pp) was demonstrated by evaluating reducing power assay, DPPH radical-scavenging assay, OH radical-scavenging assay and ABTS radical-scavenging assay. The results showed that E. ulmoides polysaccharides had significantly impact on the scavenging of DPPH radicals, OH radicals and ABTS radicals, expecially in DPPH radicals with an IC50 values of 0.005 mg/mL and 0.011 mg/mL in Cp and Pp, respectively. However, they were less effective in reducing power assay with low IC50 values of 1.091 mg/mL and 1.041 mg/mL separately. These results indicated that polysaccharides from E. selleck compound ulmoides leaf could be applied as potential antioxidant. We report here the synthesis as well as antioxidant activity of a series of 2-aryl thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acids, including two novel derivatives. They were synthesized by nucleophilic cyclic condensation of L-cysteine hydrochloride with a range of aromatic aldehydes. Their in vitro antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging assay. It was observed that the aromatic substituent at C-2 of thiazolidine ring effects the antioxidant potential of the thiazolidine derivatives. The nature and position of the substituents on aromatic ring were correlated with antioxidant activity. Compounds with -OCH3 group on aromatic ring showed a better radical scavenging property than the other groups such as -Cl, -F, and -NO2. The presence of phenyl ring thus enhanced radical scavenging activity. The oral control drug delivery is the most acceptable delivery system for patient acceptance, industrial application and economical but still it has several challenges to design a dosage form. The gastro intestinal pHis one of the major limitations for constant drug release due to different pH variations different regions (stomach vs small intestine) throughout the GIT. The aim of the present research work was to develop a pH independent oral control release drug delivery of pH dependent Ondansetron HCl for the treatment of CINV or PONV. The major limitation of the drug was found burst release in SGF pH 1.2 and highly precipitation in intestinal pH (pH 6.8 phosphate buffer). The formulator is challenging to develop constant controlled drug release in entire gastro intestinal tract. The techniques involve the use of pH modulating agents and acidifying agents to achieve pH independent controlled drug release. It was found that incorporation of anionic polymer (Eudragit L100-55) with control release nonionic HPMC matrix shows pH independent drug release in both SGF pH 1.2 and pH 6.8 phosphate buffer. In conclusion it was understood that the release profile of HPMC sellable matrices of Ondansetron HCl with manipulating the micro environmental pH, at variable pH conditions provided a efficient and predictable results. The purpose of this manuscript is to analyze the quantity, quality and disorders of blood components and blood parameters before and after addition of five different concentrations i.e. (0μl, 10μl, 20μl, 30μl and 40μl) of ethyl alcohol (ethanol) in the blood of Brest cancer patient. We diagnose the disorders in cells count, shape of cells, size of cells and many blood parameters like Hemoglobin, Red blood cells distribution width, Mean corpuscular volume, Platelet crit, Mean platelet volume, Platelet distribution width, Hematocrit, Serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase, Cholesterol, Low-density lipoprotein, triglycerides, Serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, high-density lipoprotein, Urea and Total Billirubin by using hematological techniques. We have noted that the number of WBCs and RBCs decrease sharply while platelet cells increases gradually. We also have revealed the shape changes like WBCs show disintegration around RBCs and clumping of Platelet cells. This work will be extended towards the three dimensional imaging using Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) for monitoring the level of Ethanol in blood via vasculature maps both for the normal and breast cancer.Orally disintegrating tablet (ODT) is a friendly dosage form that requires no access to water and serves as a solution to non-compliance. There are many co-processed adjuvants available in the market. However, there is no single product possesses all the ideal characteristics such as good compressibility, fast disintegration and good palatability for ODT application. The aim of this research was to produce a xylitol-starch base co-processed adjuvant which is suitable for ODT application. Two processing methods namely wet granulation and freeze drying were used to compare the characteristics of co-processed adjuvant comprising of xylitol, starch and crospovidone XL-10 mixed at various ratios. The co-processed excipients were compressed into ODT and physically characterized for powder flow, particle size, hardness, thickness, weight, friability, in-vitro disintegration time and in-situ disintegration time, lubricant sensitivity, dilution potential, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electronic microscopy and x-ray diffraction analysis.
