Bipartite negotiations are an effort to resolve disputes that the parties must take in advance, as mandated in Article 3 of Law Number 2 of 2004. Suppose there is an agreement in bipartite negotiations. In that case, these agreements are written into a collective contract that is then registered with an industrial relations court to obtain a registration certificate. However, collective agreements that have been agreed upon and registered and have executorial legal force are still being sued by one of the court parties. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview and analyze the concept of procedural law regarding the implementation of collective agreements with legal certainty in terminating employment in Indonesia. This research is legal research using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a case approach-the collection of material through the literature study method, with primary and secondary legal materials. Furthermore, the traditional fabric is studied and analyzed by the approaches ud fair, and provides legal certainty for the parties.
Cancer is a key influence on psychosocial and emotional distress among patients. Problems that advanced cancer patients in the western world face have been widely explored, but these findings may not be applicable in the non-western world due to the cultural differences. https://www.selleckchem.com/products/apx-115-free-base.html Exploring the problems of advanced cancer patients will help professionals plan appropriate therapeutic interventions to take care of the patients' physical, emotional, social and practical needs. Hence, this study aims to explore the psychosocial and emotional problems of advanced cancer patients in India.

Data were collected from 10 advanced cancer patients from Bengaluru, using purposive sampling and semi-structured interviews. The interviews were audio-recorded and transcribed. Themes were generated using thematic analysis.

The prevalent themes were financial instability, hopelessness, family anguish, self-blame, helplessness, anger, stress, and suicidal thoughts.

This research has highlighted that advanced cancer patients have several issues, indicating the importance of using a holistic approach while handling this vulnerable population by focusing more on the patient rather than the disease.

Our study tests the informational market efficiency of cryptomarkets by investigating the weak-form efficiency of the top-five cryptocurrencies using random walk testing procedures which are robust to asymmetries and unobserved smooth structural breaks. Moreover, our study employs two frequencies of cryptocurrency returns, one corresponding to daily returns and the other to weekly returns. Our findings validate the random walk hypothesis for daily series hence validating the weak-form efficiency for daily returns. On the other hand, weekly returns are observed to be stationary processes which is evidence against weak-form efficiency for weekly returns. Overall, our study has important implications for market participants within cryptocurrency markets. The reduced level of dopamine at midbrain (substantia nigra) leads to Parkinson disease by the influence of monoamine oxidation process of monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) enzyme. This disease mostly affects the aged people. Reports outline that the naringenin molecule acts as an inhibitor of MAO-B enzyme and it potentially prevents the development of PD. To elucidate the binding mechanism of naringenin with MAO-B, we performed the molecular docking, QM/MM and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. The molecular docking results confirm that the naringenin strongly binds with the substrate binding site of MAO-B enzyme (-12.0 kcal/mol). The low values of RMSD, RMSF and Rg indicate that the naringenin - MAO-B complex is stable over the entire period of MD simulation. Naringenin forms strong interaction with the orient keeper residue Tyr326 and other binding site residues Leu171, Glu206 and these interactions were maintained throughout the MD simulation. It is also important to block the function of MAO-B enzyme. The QM/MM study coupled with the charge density analysis reveals the charge density distribution and the strength of intermolecular interactions of naringenin-MAO-B complex. The above results suggest that this molecule is a potential inhibitor of MAO-B enzyme.
The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted biopsychosocial health and wellbeing globally. Pre-pandemic studies suggest a high prevalence of common mental disorders, including anxiety and depression in South Asian countries, which may aggravate during this pandemic. This systematic meta-analytic review was conducted to estimate the pooled prevalence of anxiety and depression in South Asian countries during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We systematically searched for cross-sectional studies on eight major bibliographic databases and additional sources up to October 12, 2020, that reported the prevalence of anxiety or depression in any of the eight South Asian countries. A random-effects model was used to calculate the pooled proportion of anxiety and depression.

A total of 35 studies representing 41,402 participants were included in this review. The pooled prevalence of anxiety in 31 studies with a pooled sample of 28,877 was 41.3% (95% confidence interval [CI] 34.7-48.1,

= 99.18%). Moreover, the pooled prevalencees of anxiety and depression, suggesting a heavy psychosocial burden during this pandemic. Clinical and public mental health interventions should be prioritized alongside improving the social determinants of mental health in these countries. Lastly, a low number of studies with high heterogeneity requires further research exploring the psychosocial epidemiology during COVID-19, which may inform better mental health policymaking and practice in South Asia.
