We retrospectively analyzed [
F]-PSMA-1007 PET scans from four centers for the presence of UBU, defined as a focal mild-to-moderate uptake (SUV
 < 10.0) not obviously related to a benign or malignant cause. If present, up to three leading UBUs were quantified (SUV
), localized, and correlated to clinical parameters, such as age, PSA, injected dose, Gleason score, tumor size (T1-T4), and type of PET scanner (analog vs. digital). Additionally, clinical and imaging follow-up results and therapeutic impact were evaluated.

UBUs were identified in 179 out of 348 patients (51.4%). The most frequent localizations were ribs (57.5%) and pelvis PET/CT and are significantly more frequent on digital PET scanners than analog scanners. In this study, 300 water samples were collected from four designated places of flood-affected district Nowshera consist of different water sources to find out the prevalence of Cryptosporidium via polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The overall prevalence of Cryptosporidium was 30.33% (91/300) with more prevalent 44% in drain water and low 5% in bore/tube well water. The prevalence in open well and tap water was recorded 33% and 20%, respectively. The highest prevalence was recorded in summer (June-September). The result of this study ensures enormous contamination of drinking water that requires appropriate treatment, cleaning and filtration to provide safe drinking water. Preventing water-borne disease and proper treatment of water supplies is essential to public health.The present study was undertaken to investigate the arsenite (As III)-induced changes in the diazotrophic cyanobacterium Anabaena PCC 7120. It was observed that the growth of cyanobacterial decreased with increase in As (III) concentration. The cells exposed to As (III) showed morphological variation (deformity) due to the formation of deeper constrictions in vegetative cells. Strain showed increased heterocyst differentiation (1.6-fold higher) whereas decreased nitrogenase activity at the concentration of 40 ppm As (III). In a previous work, we considered a model involving the H+ diffusion or/and its reaction with buffer species. In this article, we report a more general model which takes into account the ability of buffer species to move and to be regenerated within the cell-electrode cleft. As a consequence, the pH within the cleft is still equal to its physiological value regardless of the electrochemical detection of the vesicular release for usual exocytotic cell frequencies. This confirms that amperometry at the single-cell level is a very robust technique for investigating vesicular exocytosis.
