Capstone T: Kamu bisa terlalu agresif sehingga mematikan idea tau menurunkan semangat orang yang bekerja denganmu. Banyak proyekmu tidak terpenuhi, walaupun pandanganmu sangat positif, karena urusan pribadimu yang berkembang selalu menghalangi pekerjaanmu.
Cornerstone S: Kamu menawan dan kharismatik. Kamu orang yang hangat dan mengabdi. Kamu sangat emosional, mungkin karena masa kecil yang sedih. Kamu keras dan bisa bertindak dengan perilaku yang ekstrim. Jangan terlalu impulsive, gunakan waktumu sebaik mungkin sebelum memutuskan sesuatu dan mengatur emosimu. Kamu penyayang dan bernafsu dan akan mengalami banyak emosi pasang-surut. Orang- orang senang bekerja denganmu karena kamu menawan dan seringkali juga tampan/cantik. Walau begitu kamu punya sifat sembrono dan itu bisa membuatmu susah mencapai sesuatu.
Capstone E: Kamu merasa kamu harus mempertanggungjawabkan semuanya atau suatu proyek tidak akan berhasil. Karena kamu menolak mengambil nasehat dari orang lain, proyekmu sering mengalami kegagalan.
