I did not think it was necessary to write this email apart from greeting you to inform you how well I am.
All these policies have been reviewed lately same as we reviewed our supplier contract, because we have kept our focus on legal requirements, and on the fact that business has to go smoothly and gainfully. This is to advise about some new changes and kindly seek your confirmation whether the legal responsibilities section as attached in the new contractual document is properly copied on your end.
Enclosed to this email I kindly request to provide the supplier contract with some changes made to this email. Kindly review the document and kindly acknowledge your compliance to the letter as far as dosage is concerned as provided in the terms of the agreement.
To guarantee the operations shall conform to the regulation in the same legal areas and to strengthen the stability of cooperation in providing the clients with good products and services, the amendment has been made to the above contract as follows. You also equally assist support our restaurant's legal adherence mechanism because you adhere to the new contract that also helps support success.
Please, selfishly, I would like you to find time and go through the contract which is attached to this letter. If you wish this business relationship should continue as planned then please make sure that you have complied with all the changes made. I welcome any further queries, or elaboration, or else, in case of any worry, doubt, or objection in any aspect of this contract you are kindly advised to contact me.
