Behandlungsdiagnose: Blasentumor pT1 high grade, EORTC High-Risk
Prozedur: TUR-Blase (Mapping), gezielte Biopsien

Anamnese:
Bei bekanntem Blasentumor pT1 high grade (Erstdiagnose 2024, EORTC High-Risk) nach durchgeführtem BCG-Induktionszyklus wurde der Patient zur transurethralen Blasen-Resektion (TUR-Mapping) in der Nachsorge stationär aufgenommen. Die Einweisung erfolgte zur gezielten Beurteilung der Blasenschleimhaut nach Immuntherapie.
Keine aktuellen Beschwerden. Keine Makrohämaturie, kein Fieber, keine Dysurie.
Sonographie zeigte beidseits abflussfreie Nieren, die Blase war leer.

Intraoperativer Befund:
Makroskopisch kein Hinweis auf ein Tumorrezidiv.
Auffällige Rötung im Bereich des rechten Harnleiterostiums sowie im Blasenauslass/Boden, in diesen Arealen wurden gezielte Biopsien entnommen. Zusätzlich erfolgte eine systematische TUR-Mapping-Biopsie.

Verlauf:
Die Aufklärung und Durchführung des Eingriffs verliefen komplikationslos.
Postoperativ zeigte sich ein unauffälliger Verlauf.
Der transurethrale Katheter wurde zeitgerecht entfernt.
Die Entlassung erfolgte am 12.06.2025 in gutem Allgemeinzustand.
